Horrible
I order every single week. But I’m considering another pizza place because of the ordering inconvenience. This app just opens the website. I have to sign in every time. Put in my payment info every time. And every week it says they did bug fixes and performance enhancements. On what? The website itself? Whoever is running the app for Hungry Howie’s is just plain scamming them. It also still mentions the rewards program in the description. There is no rewards program anymore…

That’s it…. It just opens the mobile website in a browser. This is maybe the worst pizza app of all time
New updates is awful
What happened to this app!?! It was simple before now it’s just a mess.

At Least They Admit It
Should take like 5 clicks max to order food. But at least this app has a pop-up saying they don’t know what they doing - and they weren’t lying. So 500 clicks later I’m trying to give my business but I’m sure there’s a Lil Caesars closer.

Gave it a second chance since the last update. Horrible. Can’t even place an order. Lost a customer. Had an app that wonder perfect. Never had any complaints and now you guys created the worst app that takes you to the website?! If your goal is for online orders to not longer be placed then congratulations.

New App is Terrible
This app used to work flawlessly and was simple and easy to use. I was always logged in and it saved my orders. All of that is done, replaced by this monstrosity of cloned webpages masquerading as a fully functioning app. The also got rid of Howie Deals which sucks. Bad time.

Terrible update
Twice I’ve completed the steps to order a pizza. Click submit it takes me to a page that says processing do not close do not refresh and never goes beyond that screen. Leaving me unclear if my pizza was ordered. First time it was second time it wasn’t. Glad a new pizza shop is opening across the street

New app is horrible
The new app is terrible. First it didn’t even recognize my account and had me create a new one?! It makes you log in twice to order. It doesn’t auto populate your address even though it’s saved?!?
There is no way to check rewards or anything to f any importance really.
If you are experiencing this go to their website instead or use someone else. Their delivery fees are extremely excessive now.

Terrible change
For no reason at all, they decided to change the UI so that it pulls up a website that you then have to re-sign into. they also took away the rewards so what’s the point of using the app at all? You get no rewards, I might as well call in. I guess dominos still has rewards.

It's been a while to where the app just opens the normal weblink but inside of the app. Like what?

I never write reviews for these apps because I don’t have the time but this one deserves it. It’s so bad it doesn’t even stay on the app. It’ll send you to the browser. You don’t get rewards anymore. You can’t look at your past orders. It is just so bad. The list goes on. I have a feeling the company got really cheap and decided to try to build their own app without actual software engineers doing it.

Switching to PWA was a mistake
The new app is useless. Uses an embedded browser to manage most of the app but you can’t get your settings until you click user now. Terrible app design and terrible developers. Stop outsourcing.
Needs a new update
If you look at the reviews since the update in July the app average rating is actually 1 Star! This is incredibly frustrating. I actually just had to call the store to order because after 15 minutes of trying to log in and order, we finally went to place the order and it just kept refreshing the place order screen. If there was another pizza place close to us we wouldn’t have wasted so much time.
PLEASE take these recent reviews into consideration and understand that your app does not work properly or easily. It’s not convenient or worth it if there are other places to order from. This is not a working app.

Latest changes are HORRIBLE
I used the former version of this app many many times. Super easy to use, smooth easy to understand no issues. August 2026 maybe even July 2026 they made “ big changes to the app to make it better” It is terrible. It behaves like a website and at the top of the screen, you have an option to open the app, but you’re technically really still in the app so it does nothing. You have to enter your information repeatedly; when previously it was already stored in the app. And when you choose delivery, it switches to carry out on its own.. This alone will make me stop ordering pizza from Hungry Howie’s.

It is Sunday and the discount won’t let me apply it. It said not service. There’s some excuse and then never review a promo code for a discount.
Vibe Coding?
I’m not sure if they fired their IT department and have someone from Marketing vibe coding or what but not only is the app down but online ordering doesn’t work.

The website never remembers your password the app doesn’t work and throws you to the website there is no submit order button once you’ve put in your information which the system never remembers you have to retype it every single time
