This app is a wrapper for their website, you know like it’s 1992. Interface is clunky, loses logging credentials, basically endless scrolling and menu locations that are completely unintuitive. The old app was the best in the industry. I’m sure there’s some DoorDash sales executive that convinced them this “upgrade” will save millions or improve franchisee operations, but even if true, they should communicate the change to customers and apologize for a terrible user experience. How embarrassing. Dominos here I come!

To put it mildly this app is horrible and badly programmed. Why does the app include a link to the App Store when you are in the app? Probably cause the app just takes you to the webpage.
This is more one of the worst apps i have used and there are so many apps out there for food. That work better. That work.
A better method is needed if you are just having your app pull up a webpage

Update ts
I have to order on the website and log in every time. Really annoying. Dominoes app works perfect.
New app update
Updated the app and now it says it is unavailable and send you to a website. Of course none of your information is available and rewards are lost. Whatever team thought updating to a useless app was an improvement needs to be let go.

Don’t update
The new update ruined the app. Sad to see this, hungry howies is great and the previous app was good. And if you call you get sent to and off shore call center and it’s just shameful… how long till the pizza is made my robots or we just import Indians to make the pizza
App or Website?
I downloaded the app for quick ordering and not to have to worry about waiting for loading or being able to connect, so why am I being redirected to the site within the app? I get your working on updates and such, but I completely had to redo my order multiple time which led me to not even wanting to finish my order. I know it’s minor, but you just make ordering an inconvenience.

What is going on?
App used to work. Now I can never complete my order. I was told they have been having issues since switching to door dash. Please fix this craziness.

You can’t order natively anymore. It’s now just a web wrapper.

This app had been going down hill for a long time, I know hungry howies isnt losing money so why is the app getting worse?
Not to mention you guys stopped doing free medium pizzas after 12 orders. Does every business just become ultimate cash grabs? Your app currently as this comment is being posted, just send you to the website(not the app) you log me out everytime I have to sign in which honestly pisses me off.

New version is a downgrade
Can’t rack up points anymore and I have to sign back in to my account every time I pull up the app. It was all the opposite before they changed it. It’s obnoxious whenever I want to order. I wish their app were like dominos. Almost makes me not want to order here anymore sometimes 🤷♂️

New Rewards
This app used to be amazing. They got rid of Howie rewards and came up with a “new and improved, much better rewards system” that is undeniably worse. It’s a hassle, you have to go out of your way to log in and order from here. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it and they fixed it to the point where it’s now broken. A shame. Great food, but the app is a nightmare.

New Layout is weird
It used to be so easy to use, when I sign it, it doesn’t keep me signed in and it’s weird. I ordered on there after logging in and now I can’t track it because my phone locked and it signed me out? Please revert back.
Making Me Want to Stop Ordering
Not buying another pizza from Hungry Howie’s till they fix the app and rewards. Bad design. Was great and worked every time before and I used to order pretty regularly, but now it’s more complicated. I will be ordering pizza from somewhere else for now, but if it isn’t fixed, I may never come back to this business again.

The website never remembers your password the app doesn’t work and throws you to the website there is no submit order button once you’ve put in your information which the system never remembers you have to retype it every single time
