We order pickup at least twice a month…rarely is something missing or order not correct! Quick and organized. Inside has changed since the flood in 2016 but I’m sure service is still good! Dining room lost some of its original charm but still very nice..food is still excellent

Don’t promote things you don’t have
My app alerted me to a discount for a family meal. Great! I go on the app and order my meal and when I go to check out a note pops up saying “sorry sweet and smoky ribs are not available “ and then it goes away with no prompt to select another item. I go back to my order to see that it just dropped the ribs off and left me with one meat option when I am paying for two. Reluctantly, I pick another meat. Now I am checking out and clearly your company has saved my credit card information, but I still had to go and get my card to add in all the information. Why? The entire process left me feeling frustrated and that kind of defeats the purpose of you offering me a discount to lure me in. Sure, I still bought it, but I am less likely to want to do this again.
