Using receipt to get points
Almost. Impossible to use App to get points unless you submit a credit card. Not a fan of this App.

Don’t bother going anywhere else! The best southern American BBQ…And the prices are very reasonable.
PLEASE Fix the “use in store” reward button
Good app overall but for the love of god please fix the “use reward in store” button. If you accidentally select it (which happens EVERY SINGLE TIME because of where it’s located) it’s completely locked to that and you cannot use it online. This is unbelievably frustrating.

Poor service
Placed order and got home and found it was missing potato salad, the toppings for a baked potato, ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, and utensils. Came back up to the store because they would not answer the phone and waited 10 minutes to get to talk to somebody about the issue.
