New “app” is just a portal to the website
I’m not sure why they did this, but they got rid of their app and now it just redirects to a website. I haven’t ordered Hungry Howie’s since the app changed and I have no intention of doing so until they get an actual app that doesn’t make me always re-login and put in my own credit card card information every time. Also, they got rid of Hungry Howie’s rewards with no substitution.

What happened?
So I was about to order today first thing I noticed was that the app changed to more of a web browser? so I’m technically just ordering from the website now…. not really through the app. Then I’m like whatever…. I’ll continue but now there’s no Apple Pay option? so yeah, I didn’t order anything today because of it….

They changed the app, and it is straight garbage now. It says I don’t want cheese or sauce on my pizza, and won’t let me select any toppings.
Not Even an App Anymore
The app used to be fine and for some reason they decided to update it by completely get rid of the app. Now it only takes you to the web version and doesn’t even keep you logged in. Basically pointless to have and it’s been like this for months.
New Update is Horrible
I never rate apps but I wanted to take the time to actually give this app a one star rating. It used to work just fine, then a few months ago they updated it and it is the WORST. I click a button that opens a web view, then I have to select carry out and log in every single time, only to have to select carry out again. It doesn’t save your payment methods because you’re in a new web view every time. Why would you make it so much worse when it always worked before?
