Is this a joke?

There are wayyyyy more fleshed out hybrid workout programs on the market. I’m not even gonna get into it, but this is just lazy and hasn’t been updated in 3 years. $10 a month? Should be free. Also, the guy who developed the app can’t take constructive criticism to improve the app on social media. Marcus will just block you. Don’t waste your time with this lazy programming.

Do not waste your time!

A cookie cutter gym bro program jammed in a stripped down app. Running is not even addressed or programmed, which is misleading considering the creator’s platform is based on hybrid athletics: Strength combined with endurance training. This app is marketed as a coaching tool to navigate between the two training stimulus. Instead, what is delivered is a crude box program that is missing half of its content. There is no way to communicate with the trainer save the feedback function for the app itself. The creator is slow to respond and does not offer anything of merit. A complete waste of time. Perhaps when this coach wants to be honest about what his product offers or produces an app that provides what he is advertising, I will change my review. At present I am waiting for a refund.

Response from developer

James, I have tried to reach out to you but have heard nothing back. I’m not sure how I’m slow to respond as I don’t have any messages from you. Running is programmed multiple days a week so I’m not sure how you missed it. I’ve used many other fitness apps myself and again am unsure how this would be considered “cookie cutter” as the workouts, exercises, and split in the program are a bit atypical. I’m sorry your expectations were not met but I’d love to make it right. Please message me on Instagram. (Updating this response to see.) Thank you.

Thank you!

Great Variety, Really Hard workouts

I love the new exercises I’m doing, it’s pretty refreshing considering I’ve stuck to the same workouts for years now. I’ve never seen anyone do fully body workouts consistently, usually it’s a body building split. However it’s really challenging for beginners and even for me who’s been going to the gym for almost 10 years. I’m finding it hard to stay consistent with this workout program due to the length of the sessions and the constant day to day same use of muscle group along with only have one day off a week.

Although it is split into push and pull days I feel like I’m doing the same muscle groups over & over (mainly legs and shoulders seem to feel repetitive so I’m fatiguing) I’ve had to take more breaks than I’m used to.

To end this on a positive note I can see why Marcus is able to do marathons and then heavy lifting sessions back to back while looking bulked up and shredded at the same time. It’s not an easy body & strength level to achieve. Kudos to you sir. I will have step my game up to never miss one of these workout sessions of yours.

Response from developer

Hey Bryan! Thank you so much! I absolutely love the feedback! The programming in the app is ongoing, so there will absolutely be phases that are harder than others where certain muscle groups will get more work that they’re used to! Thank you for subscribing! You’re awesome!

Worth it

This is so worth your time and money. I’ve tried it for the last week and I highly recommend these workouts. The guy is very knowledgeable, approachable, and the workouts produce real results.

Response from developer

I really appreciate that! Thank you!
