Just done latest iPhone update and now won’t download my footage gets to 95% and stops 😡
Wi-Fi - yeah right
Even when I can get IOS to connect with the camera using Wi-Fi this app still says they are not connected. Pretty much have to view the files by using the tiny screen on the device or remove the SD card and view it directly with your computer.
1000+ files in photos
When I tried to delete the app and files with it I was left with 1000’s of empty files all labeled “hunting cam pro”. I agree with previous review about Wi-Fi failure in every aspect. Had to go to camera itself to view any pics- if any available, then try to transfer them while standing 1’ away from the camera- which also defeats the purpose of remote viewing because deer have an acute sense of smell… was a gift to husband so was an epic failure on all levels. Go back to the drawing board on this one and for the love of God fix the app so 1000’s of folders aren’t loaded into the photo album!

Junk from China
This software, and consequently the camera that it came with, are intermittent at best. After a year or so of fighting with it now it has completely failed. Wi-Fi connects but the app reports no connection. Don’t even think of buying TOGUARD camera.
App is unusable
App hasn’t been updated in months. In the app, text covers up the button to connect to camera, making it impossible to connect. Very sloppy design and very frustrating. The camera quality is ok.
Where has connection gone?
Had as gift for Christmas. Set up. Connected app to the appropriate Wi-Fi and thought it would be great to be able to view on my phone/tablet. However, once I tried to check photos & video on my trail cam the Hunting Cam Pro Wi-Fi connection no longer comes up so can’t connect or see my images. I emailed - as suggested in manual - but have had nothing back

App closes
App closes when trying to access settings no matter how many times u uninstall and reinstall it still closes please sort or I will have no option to return all six devices no point having Wi-Fi camera if it don’t work
Needs updating - keeps crashing
Some functions work well - it is clunky process to link with the camera but once mastered isn’t too bad but as soon as you try and use more advanced features on the menu it just crashes! Very disappointed!! Please update your app!!
Can’t see menu
When on the menu. Non of it is displayed until you tap and hold on that section of it this makes any adjustment take a long time. However it connects fast and easily and you can view the cameras feed from your phone which helps with set up.

Vanbar instructions all in Chinese, now won’t pair with app. I paid extra for the WiFi one and now annoyed.
This app is very good
The user manual is in English, but obviously it is not the writer’s native language. Once you figure it out, the app works seamlessly with this excellently functioning camera. I love its own local wifi- +++/+++ communication w camera-Iphone. Excellent extensive Settings Menu. Easily downloads video & photos to Iphone while within camera’s local wifi range. A very good purchase!

Connected to Vanbar Trail Camera quickly and all the functionality works well.
Woeful
Using with Vanbar trail camera. This is supposed to allow you to remotely control and view what’s on camera however it will not stay connected to WiFi even when next to router. Pointless😡
Crap App
This app has no positive reviews and they simply don’t care They think we’re a bunch of dumb consumers and don’t know how to connect a piece of hardware to an app and the camera manufacturer refuses to hold the app developer’s feet to the fire which is sad because the vanbar camera is actually good quality

Not working doesn’t upload pics
I purchased this product for my husband for Christmas and it will not stay connected to wifi, didn't upload pictures like it says. You have to go out to the camera every time and reset it for the wifi to turn on. Batteries died in 12 hours!
