Can’t get in
It says there isn’t a record with my email/phone number but also won’t let me create a new account.
BEWARE: Clothes returned over a week later
I sent my clothes in for a wash and fold service on a Saturday. I did not receive my clothes until NINE DAYS later.
Issue 1: I attempted to add a new card to my account, as the current one was expired. The app failed to add the card to my profile. This company is closed on the weekends, even for troubleshooting, and did not contact me about my card issues until my order was complete. I understand why this is the case, but if the card on file is not in service— I didn’t understand as to why they would not contact me, the customer, immediately.
Issue 2: Apparently there was another delivery delay due to the delivery person’s confusion with routes. The explanation was not clear.
Issue 3: After waiting SIX DAYS for my clothes, they were in the locker! You would think this would be a breath of relief, nope you’re absolutely incorrect.
The delivery person, or whoever is in charge of locker service, failed to send me a confirmation of delivery with a code to unlock the locker. Therefore, causing me to have to contact locker service a fourth time to retrieve my locker code. Are you wondering why I said I had to wait NINE DAYS and I’ve only waited SIX??? It’s because the locker service hours on Friday are reduced from 5 to 4:30. You would think this wouldn’t make too much of a difference. But my friend, you are wrong again. The only office that is open is the storefront and they offer no assistance, only to wait for the locker service to open on Monday.
Issue 4: For a service that is meant to be easier than dropping off your dry cleaning on location. This company made it a far more difficult experience.
This is more of a self reminder, although I thought it might be courteous to share… If you choose to spend your hard earned money on dry cleaning; choose another dry cleaning company, and just drop your order off like normal.

Good when it works
I keep getting an invalid username/password notification when I open the app. It gets stuck in a loop and I can’t do anything
FALSE ADVERTISING
All of their advertising says” two day turnaround or less guaranteed.” I set up meetings expecting my suit to be with me, but it’s taking them three days and a half to bring back my suit. So if you’re going to use the service, expect to have your things back in four days or more.
Very Convenient
I love using this app in the lockers it’s so nice to just pick up my clothes and they always smell so good!
