New platform is awful
The new app is awful. Make the house payment transfers easier by populating the correct amount and insuring there is no room for error so you can charge me late fees! Fix this app back to the way it was

I’m so glad to have this HFSB app on my phone. It makes doing banking so much easier & it lets me keep track of my accounts.
Frozen
The past few days when I try to log in it’s frozen and I can’t do anything. When I delete it and re download it does it again.

Horrible App
The app never loads and always tells me to contact customer support. The app lacks many features that other banking apps have. This is an out of date app that doesn’t work well.
