Too much trouble
TERRIBLE APP.
All overnight account activity should show up when I log on instead of searching every report and menu item to find what I need (and I still don’t get what I need!)
I want to see Checks, ACH, drafts, anything rejected, etc with “Reject Item” “OK” or “Approve” (if applicable) instead of going to the bank account to see ach payments that didn’t go through, check exceptions, ach transactions (a cluster****) and on and on. I don’t have time for this.
Notifications for rejected ach payments don’t work.
Tech support hasn’t returned my calls.
This bank is more trouble than what it’s worth.

Terrible
Customer service is a joke. Was on the phone with someone from another country for 48 minutes and never got my question answered.
System unavailable
Every time I open this app and login it displays System unavailable.

Protects my money from me well.
Absolutely useless and most outdated IT system of all banks I’ve dealt with. Huntington keeps locking me out of my accounts for no reason on weekly basis. But when there was a legitimate fraudulent transactions coming in, they allowed 33 identical charges within seconds from each other and tried to shift the blame.
