Why so many ads????
When I first got this system and this app there was no ads when I would open the camera. Now, an ad pops up and will make me press the x to exit out of it 4 times. My spouse who I shared the camera info with doesn’t get ads..? I HATE the ads and I am actively looking for a new system. Wish this one wasn’t like this or else I would keep it. 👎🏻

I bought a set of four of these things. I got one camera to work and I cannot hook up the other three and of course no help at all. You can’t get anybody to come back to you. Talk to you on Internet or anything else. I consider these things junk.

Cameras are horrible.
Unable to install died t pick up motion. And resumes position facing a wall. I don’t recommend. No one to call or chat with either.
Good project
Absolutely love the product. I do recommend buying an SD card. Save yourself some money. The monthly service is pretty good if you decide to go with it.
Great App
App works fine. I see a lot of connection problem reviews but my 8 cameras connect good. Especially to be at least 100 yards away from my router. They do have a buzzing noise sometimes but that’s from having a weak Wi-Fi signal. The AI works good so I don’t get many false alarms. All in all I’m pleased

If you never want to use your camera download this app. The moment you open the app you get hit with an add you can’t skip for the very bare MINIMUM 60 seconds so if someone were breaking in your house or you were checking on an animal or baby you would absolutely be blind for all that time. All I’m saying is the marketing team better pray to the Christian god I never see them in person. I’m going to pay over $1000 USD to anyone and everyone I can find to post bad reviews JUST to make sure you earn even less money you parasite fkcs

I can find it with the Wi-Fi but it keeps telling me my Wi-Fi password is wrong. How is this even possible? Stay away from it. Don’t waste your money.

Connections to camera kept disconnecting plus controlling angles is very difficult & does not hold.
Very useless and unable to install and no help from Chat
I wished I had read reviews before buying. I bought a set of 7 camera but can’t install after spending the most part of my Saturday. Installing, deleting and reinstalling with no joy and no chat communication whatsoever. Very unhappy as I planned to have the cameras installed before going on holiday. Another camera bought using the V720 App became a lifesaver. Very very unhappy about this and it makes me suspect the company as a scam or interloper cashing in on the unfortunate customer. No help at all
Set up a camera and it will not work for what I wanted it for. I tried to use the chat function to chat with someone on how to deactivate it and get rid of my account so the at I am not charged anything past the trial date. No answer at all. Sent an email and am hoping to get a response. I am hoping that deleting my account is all I need to do because I do not want to be charged anything; especially since I don’t even know what that cost will be.

This app doesn’t work, wont transmit a video and always has an error trying to connect. Please get rid of this app and dont have product if it doesnt work would give it 0 stars if i could

They work really well. It’s a bummer that they don’t have a power source of their own.
worst product ever
DON’T BUY THIS. waste of time, waste of money, and takes forever to find its own camera products before telling that it failed a thousand times to load the video after “connecting”. the app is also the worst.
