Useful App?
After many attempts I finally managed to get it to work only for it to then tell me I wasn’t connected to the ships wifi! The number of times I’ve turned my phone off, held my tongue multiple ways, tried to re install and connect has not produced any joy. Pity as the info available when it was working was fantastic.
Please fix it so others don’t have the frustration that many of us who couldn’t access it have had.

Great app
This app works great, has a simple layout, and has useful information. I have used it every day to verify events on board or to check menus. The only improvement I would love to see would be to have a map showing the ship’s location.
Finicky
App worked on my phone. It didn’t work on my spouse’s. Figured out halfway through the trip that we could get his to work if he didn’t also have cell service enabled. (I had turned mine off already). Once it loaded, the app was a great resource for timing and activities (and menus!) for the cruise we were on.

Wrong Itinerary
The itinery in the app bares no resemblance to the actual itinerary. I am on the boat as I write and the app may as well be the itinerary for disneyland for all the use it is.
Not happy……
Can’t get the app to open. “We are looking for the ship….” it keeps repeating. Deleted it and reinstalled, but no dice. Hopefully, the ship is more seaworthy than the app!!
