Permanently blocked for no reason
I downloaded the app 2 days ago, and have really enjoyed it. I have also only treated people with politeness, yet completely out of the blue, I was permanently blocked from using the app for āabusive behaviorā. I have absolutely no idea what it is talking about, nor is showing me what I did wrong, or what I can do to appeal the block.

I updated the app because it made me and when I go in the app it say next I click next and start exploring it takes me back to the next page and wonāt go to my messages
Updates Not Tested
Really lovely app & Iāve met super charming people. That being said, I updated the app today, and literally cannot get out of their loading page, only able to hit the two next buttons over and over, leaving anyone new on readā¦please fix soon for a five star review! No reason they should not be testing their updates on different devices, mine is lit the latest iPhone!

Permanently banned for nothing!!
I had this app for less than twelve hours. When I first downloaded it, I did the selfie age verification, but it flagged me because I apparently looked younger than 19, which I AM. Then I did the ID verification. First time, the app told me my age still couldnāt be verified, so I did it again and it worked. Throughout the short time I had this app, I only matched with about ten people, since most users of this app are seeking inappropriate conversations (which I deliberately avoided).
Then, out of nowhere, in the middle of a chat, I get a pop-up that I am permanently banned from the app!!! For what? I have no clue. It said something about my identity being fraudulent or me not being honest about my age.
The app claims that when you verify your age with a legal document, it is immediately deleted afterwards, but itās scary that TWELVE hours later, I get flagged for the document I provided not being accurate. I really hope my ID hadnāt stayed in their system that long.
Regardless, I was banned for no reason. I never lied about my age, and I kept every conversation PG. Permanently banned and not given any way to remedy it. Instead of permanently banning everyone who gets a report or is flagged by the moderating system, maybe just suspend accounts. Iāve seen multiple reviews with the same problem. Clearly the moderating system is not very accurate, and you should have REAL PEOPLE reviewing bans.
The app is deleted and Iām not really interested in redownloading it, even if I get my account back. 90% of the users are looking for inappropriate conversations, and everyone else puts so little effort into conversations that youāll fall asleep. Those are the kinds of people you need to be banning. Hardly anyone actually wants the ādeep, meaningfulā conversations you advertise. For any prospective users of the app, donāt waste your time.

You have to pay to do anything on this app. You canāt even chat with anyone unless you pay a fee.

Some things need fixing..
I download this app because I had seen positive things about it. Never Again. This app kept thinking I was in France when my phone number was literally a US area code. On top of that, I couldn't verify my identity because when I took the photo, it said that my account was temporarily banned.
Guys pay, girls donāt.

Itās nice it gives you a free trial but after it is over there is nothing you can do on the app you canāt message anyone and they will think you ghosted them it kind of guilt trips you into spending money just to talk to friends you made at any point I had no idea that after my subscription was over I was going to be unable to use the app itās a very good app as long as you pay for it

Yes you read the title right I was talking to someone on there and we started to talk about the app and said something about the subscription to be able to text be and the reply to me saying that they donāt have to pay for anything to use the app which I found alarming as I fell cheated that some people are using the app without spending a dim and I feel should be changed

Always a Glitch
There was another update, but now you canāt open it even after it says the update is complete. When I first got the app, it was dark mode all the time. It was great it worked and now they keep updating it and every update. Itās worse.
Randomly got permanently banned
I was genuinely having a good time talking to people. I was talking to a few people and when I went on the app to reply it said I was permanently banned for āidentity theftā when I literally havenāt done anything sketchy or wrong. So disappointed!!! I canāt even appeal my case thereās no way to contact the hush team. Genuinely so upset and disappointed!!!!!

Noname is a better app. Guys can actually use the app for free.
Stupid only guys pay donāt use it not worth the money. Save you money. Check out noname. Has ads but you can use it for free
