For a privacy focused app denying vpn usage is absolutely insane. Do not use this without a vpn. Hell, don’t be on the internet without one.
Reserved a number for months, then suddenly was taken away
Support was no help. They blamed it on apples billing? I used this phone number for important business things, hence keeping it for months without actively using it.

Works Fine But Weird Support
I was having a problem getting SMS OTPs from one of my banks. Every other bank and/or entity worked fine. All Hushed support would say was that it was not their fault as did my bank.

I used to admire this company for making a great app. Then I had to contact support. Not once did they offer to actually help. All they said was “We’re not responsible. It’s your bank’s fault.”
My bank said that it wasn’t their fault it was the carrier’s fault.
What a world. They don’t do customer support they do customer avoidance.

I cancelled this app and they keep trying to charge me for it.
Absolutely useless
The whole point of having this app is to receive and make calls. Trying to make UK local calls is like playing the lottery. Almost all of the local calls I try do not connect. Support is quick but pretty useless, offer no solutions. Can you please fix your app so paying users are at least able to do the basics? Not asking for much just be able to make and receive calls and texts

They posting fake reviews to attract more customers, the app is useless and does not work most of the time
Not Reliable
It works the majority of the time but constantly have issues with some text messages not sending or being delayed for a long time. Have had some issues with call going directly to VM. Thought this would be handy to separate numbers for different businesses I run but it’s not reliable for that.
Can’t receive texts.
Can’t receive txts. Customer service tries but asked pointless questions repeatedly. The text functionality does not work. It’s also not clear what a call or text will cost. Won’t buy again.
