Cant receive text or send it out. Cant make and receive calls even after I had paid. Please refund me my money
Incorrect pricing
The payment screen is extremely misleading. I was purchasing a line for 30 days for $7.99 however it was charged at &12.99. They stated it was due to the exchange rate however they should be showing the correct price on their website. I then needed to top up and bought a $5 credit which was then increased to $7.99 due to the exchange rate but then I wasn’t allowed to use the credit towards my line.

Does NOT work
Paid for a weekly subscription but the app is not allowing me to select a phone number. Online support was worthless and did not solve the issue nor provide a refund. Therefore, I’ve paid for nothing.

I really enjoy using Hushed it’s a reliable app and has been very useful for me. However, the notification badge stopped working last month and hasn’t recovered. I’ve followed every single troubleshooting step your team provided, sent all the requested screenshots, and yet the badge still doesn’t update when new messages arrive.

Can’t access my work
I was happy with Hushed until yesterday when I couldn’t log into my account. I contacted customer support and after emails troubleshooting back and forth I received a message that they had decided I violated the terms of service and my account was suspended indefinitely!! Not only that but there was no indication which terms I allegedly violated! I reviewed the terms and I don’t believe I did. I requested they review my account again but it’s been silence since then.
This is a HUGE issue. I don’t have a work phone so I was using this number to keep my work related calls and texts separate. We have a big event coming up and to register people were supposed to text or call my HUSHED number. It’s been on all of our posters and communication and now I have no idea if people are trying to register. It’s put me in a terrible situation so I would NOT recommend using HUSHED for anything you can’t afford to lose access to with no warning or explanation. Wasted my money on a one year subscription .

This could be a good solution for many situations but the developer hobbled the functionality. Abrupt account restrictions based on vague and arbitrary low call numbers.
Account automatically flagged and disabled if "you make too many phone calls"... How many is too many? They can't tell you. It's automated and it's one of those situations where the customer service believes the automation is God, cannot be questioned.

Didn’t work for me
Wouldn’t let me text international numbers. Tried two different plans. Basically paid for a useless service. Pretty sure the help desk is just AI bots who don’t really listen and you get stuck in an endless loop.
Sorry, more money needed.
This turned out to be a very poor service in the beginning. It was good and little by little it just downgraded to the point where the reception is terrible you can barely get a hold of anybody because the calls get cut off randomly or won’t even go through and it seems to be all the company truly cares about at all his money because they’ll be right there to let you know that you’re out of credits and you need to give them more money but they don’t care about fixing their service.

This app USE TO BE flawless but the last few months it’s EXTREMELY SLOW AND FREEZES before each use. An UPGRADE OR UPDATE is needed ASAP

For a privacy focused app denying vpn usage is absolutely insane. Do not use this without a vpn. Hell, don’t be on the internet without one.
Reserved a number for months, then suddenly was taken away
Support was no help. They blamed it on apples billing? I used this phone number for important business things, hence keeping it for months without actively using it.

Works Fine But Weird Support
I was having a problem getting SMS OTPs from one of my banks. Every other bank and/or entity worked fine. All Hushed support would say was that it was not their fault as did my bank.
Eventually a non-support person replied with a more reasonable and understandable reply.
