It starts by finding your exact tinnitus pitch, then gives you sound tools built around that frequency, plus a simple way to track how you're doing. FIND YOUR FREQUENCY A guided pitch-matching flow (with an octave-confusion check) pinpoints the frequency of your tinnitus. Everything else in the app is built around it. SOUND THERAPY, TAILORED TO YOU • Notched noise — gentle white, pink, or brown noise with your exact frequency notched out, the approach used in tailor-made notched music training. • Tone cycles — soft tones bracketing your frequency in randomized cycles (inspired by acoustic coordinated reset research). • Relief burst — a short, pulsing band at your frequency, with a quick "did it get quieter?" check afterward so you learn what works for you. MASK THE RINGING Calming, seamless rain, ocean, stream, and wind — generated on the fly, no downloads — with a sleep timer for bedtime. Or import your own DRM-free music and hear it notched. TRACK WHAT HELPS Rate loudness and annoyance in a few taps, jot a note about sleep or stress, and watch your 30-day trend and listening time. A monthly check-in helps you see the bigger picture. LEARN TO COPE A short, CBT-informed Learn section explains why tinnitus feels louder some days, how habituation works, and includes a simple guided breathing exercise.
