Prefixly - Block Spam Calls

Prefixly blocks spam, telemarketing, and scam calls from unknown numbers — by prefix, so a single entry can silence thousands of numbers at once. Most spam campaigns dial from blocks of consecutive numbers that share the same opening digits. Instead of blocking them one by one, Prefixly lets you block an entire range with one short prefix. HOW IT WORKS • Choose country prefix e.g. +91. Enter the digits after +91. A full 10-digit number blocks just that caller; a shorter prefix blocks every number that starts with it. • Example: the prefix "7713105" blocks +91 7713105000 through +91 7713105999 — 1,000 numbers in a single tap. • CallShield registers these with iOS so matching calls are silenced automatically, and an optional label (like "Spam") shows on the incoming call screen. Your block list is stored only on your device. SETUP After installing, enable Prefixly under Settings → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification. The app walks you through it. Prefixly uses Apple's CallKit Call Directory and works on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. It cannot block numbers you haven't added, and it does not access your call history or contacts.
