Great equipment
The app allows you to navigate your equipment with ease and the equipment itself is a superior product. However, the chainsaw takes a special tool to adjust the carb on it. Especially in higher elevations. The carburetor adjustment tool should be included with the equipment due to not idling correctly at my altitude. Had to order one before I could use the chainsaw efficiently.

Complete failure!
This app started out in life as a reasonably good idea, but is now completely pointless. Owners need useful information such as replacement belt part numbers, not useless information about vibration levels. Endless opportunities to visit your local dealer doesn’t help much. Sorry but this is a complete failure.

Lc347ivx connectivity no longer works
I cannot connect to my lawnmower using this app any longer and have tried everything I know to do. I’ve contacted my dealer about fixing this but no one seems able to help. It did work but since app upgrades it ceased to work. Disappointed!

Worst app I’ve ever downloaded
Impossible to get beyond the home page despite trying multiple times with a good connection (no problem with other apps). Registration was a nightmare too, and impossible to progress unless you allow them to access AND change your profile at any time they like. Worse than useless. Avoid!
Is it too much to ask for one software company to do a good job?
I just received a Husqvarna 330LK string trimmer for Father's Day and tried to use this app to register it and was told by the app my product isn’t supported although it clearly has a Connect QR code right on the front of the muffler shroud, and there is no clear way to use the QR code anyway. Husqvarna is good at making engines, not apps.

First day with my new Husqvarna Lawn Tractor. Cut grass at my cottage property for the first time. The grass was as high as the tractor. I was successful in cutting it and I do not believe the tractor was labouring. Very satisfied with the results. My tractor is the TS 142K.

Still working with this area I understand 3” front and 31/2 rear however can I make 5” front and 51/2 rear
