Deceptive auto-renewal & lack of billing notifications
I was charged annually for several years without realizing my subscription was still active, as I received no renewal reminders or billing confirmations and no longer even had the app downloaded and never heard anything from the company. This makes it easy for inactive users to stay subscribed unknowingly, and others should be aware of these misleading practices before signing up.

New app update
So upset all the existing challenges have been removed from the platform. I’ve completed over 100 classes on the hustl app and they were all classes that have now been deleted. Will have to look at cancelling my membership.
Decent
For the most part I really enjoy the workouts. There are 2 things that really irritate me and will be the deciding factors of whether or not I continue my subscription. 1. Some of the instructors scream during a workout 2. All of the instructors have poor timing and/or inaccurate countdowns. Now, some people may not be bothered by the screaming but it does nothing for me and makes the experience less enjoyable. When the instructors countdown they are WAY off. For example, they’ll say ‘10’ and a few seconds go by or a few reps and they are at ‘8’. It’s the same for if they are counting down seconds or reps.

Please fix the constant freezing issues :(
Workouts + all the other inclusions are wonderful. I do however find the App incredibly frustrating as it’s always freezing, unable to press the play button etc and having to close down the entire app and restart multiple times mid workout which is not idea. I have tried wifi, no wifi, uninstalling the app etc and nothing improves.
