I have x9. In devices it comes up as x7 and after a few seconds the app says I can’t connect to the app very frustrating

Useless app in the uk

This app is absolutely useless in the uk. After downloading the app it simply refuses to connect to the scooter. Part of my decision to purchase the scooter was because of the app, yet upon unboxing one finds that the app only works in China. Surely someone can sort this out and enable the app to work, after all its not rocket science.
