HY PA

HY PA is an offline reference and text-preparation tool for authorised flight crews. It helps prepare clear passenger announcements for routine, operational, non-standard, and emergency situations. Create announcements in Uzbek, Russian, or English. Choose Uzbek Latin or Cyrillic script, switch the interface language independently, and optionally show stress marks for easier reading. Included scenarios: • boarding and welcome; • taxi and departure; • cruise and descent; • after landing; • rescheduling and ground delays; • return and disembarkation; • non-standard and emergency situations. Enter flight-specific values such as aircraft type, crew role and name, departure and destination airports, arrival time, flight level, speed, weather, temperature, and delay details. Departure and destination airports can be found offline by city, airport name, IATA code, or ICAO code. HY PA inserts the selected values into the appropriate templates and clearly highlights missing fields. The core announcement features, airport database, and local access-code check work offline. When a network connection is available, HY PA sends a minimal request directly to Apple’s public App Store metadata service to check whether a newer version is available. Form values, the access code, identifiers, analytics, and other user data are not sent to the publisher. The App Store page opens only after the user chooses to open it from an update notice. The app has no account registration, advertisements, analytics, or publisher-operated server. Entered data and preferences stay on the device. Access is protected by an operator-supplied code. Additional features: • Uzbek Latin/Cyrillic output; • interface in Uzbek, Russian, and English; • light and dark appearance; • local saving and confirmed reset; • layouts for iPhone and iPad. HY PA generates text for reading by a trained crew member. It does not record, synthesise, or play audio. Important: announcement templates and operational use must be approved by your airline/operator. The app does not replace company manuals, crew training, checklists, or instructions from authorised operational and safety personnel.
