Not good

Has anyone placed a successful online order?

Ordering Doesn’t Work

I have never been able to successfully order anything from the app. It either has an error adding to cart, or the cart errors out before paying.

White screen with iPhone

No local gas stations to use points at. Says you can convert to money for in store purchases but get a white screen like they are not updating this AP.

Can’t Get In

I can’t get in using my HyVee account. I have to put in a new password which doesn’t work either.

Why was it an option?

I made an online order for the one on Blair’s ferry. When I got there I was told they can’t do online orders. If you can’t do online orders at that location why is it an option? They charged my bank account $18.22. I didn’t get what I ordered so I want a refund. No one has gotten back to me yet.

No longer offering free items

They had ads all over the stores and c stores that there would be new free items every week. They don’t offer those, but the signs are still up saying they do. I asked and they said they were instead moving to a discount option with select items.

App that won’t go beyond signing up.

I went to sign up in the app and the buck stopped there. Obviously the app isn’t working, so the free slice of pizza offer for signing up is a hoax. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still would not allow me to complete the sign up. Leave it to Hy-Vee to screw things up yet again. It is becoming one of my least favorite stores due to the many pricing errors and misleading advertising, now this.

Update:
The app now freezes immediately after logging in.

Updates make app useable

Thanks to the developers, location sharing is no longer required 🎉 I’m hoping to be able to take full advantage of the perks offered by the app now.

Glitched

Placed on online order a couple of weeks ago and it’s been stuck w the status for pickup causing me to miss multiple weeks of free items. Attempted to call and have it figured out and it has yet to be resolved.

Sorry you've had a poor experience with an order remaining open. Orders will now automatically close out if a store forgets to mark your order completed. Open orders do not restrict your ability to activate, make progress towards, and redeem Bonus Perks, so you should be good to go.

Good app, could use some improvements

I do like the free weekly items. I also like that I can access my perks card and show it to the cashier, instead of pulling out my physical card or giving them my phone number. I do understand why it needs to turn up my screen brightness, so the card scans easily, but it does not return my phone to the brightness I previously set when I am done showing the code to scan. The Hy-Vee app also turns up my brightness, but when I go off of the screen, showing my card scan, it returns my phone to its original brightness, so I know it is possible. Please fix.

Who developed this app? Garbage! Took way to long to sign up!!!

Location doesn’t work

I get kicked out of app each time I choose a location.

Location sharing required?!

The app requires location sharing, which to me, is unnecessary. There should be an option to set your preferred store.
