useless for online orders
This app always fails to process payment after you’ve filled your cart, selected a pickup time, and entered card info.
Good App, Needs Two Fixes
It’s a pretty good grocery store app - coupons and sales are linked to items, deal expirations are clear, rewards are tracked (unlike Safeway) can scan the account’s QR at the register or gas station. 2 usability daily issues - 1. The cart does NOT add up correctly. I budget hard and use the sales/coupons to plan the trip, checking my total with the cart. The tool is so unreliable I hand-add the totals on tighter weeks.
2. Shopping lists used to be by location, then that feature was dropped, now item can only be listed by item category then alphabetized by that (today’s example is Beverage - Tea is separate from Beverage - Juice even though the 2 juices are in different sections and the tea is 5 ft from one juice). Locations are in the items list entry but you’re still standing in the aisle scrolling all over to see what you might have missed. Why is sorting by location gone?
Neither issue is a dealbreaker but they used to be better, not sure what changed.

This app never works. Customer service is worthless. Don’t waste the time.
Cant pay
The idea of this app is great. Helpful. The reality is that i often have issues checking out. Right now the app is refusing to process a valid payment. I like the convenience when it’s convenient but if the in- store registers were down this often it would have been repaired by now. This is more frustrating than trying to get an old wrinkly dollar into a vending machine. Just take my money.

Logs you out once a day, want to log back in? yeh, it’ll just keep spinning and spinning. On top of that there’s like no cell service in the stores, so you just give up and go to bakers next door

I would put zero stars if I could
I have more than two dollars of gas rewards and went to use them today at my local store that I thought was a hyvee gas station. The app didn’t work and the people working there were useless to help. It is now a pump & pantry store and the app doesn’t work and they could do nothing to help me. My days of shopping Hy-Vee might be over..

Very Slow
App is very slow to use. May as well just go to the store. Takes a long time to lead each individual items and it feels like pulling teeth to use.

Slow, buggy, and bloated of what is basically a web view with some extra features. UE5 games run better than this. Could be great if they spent a bit of time optimizing
This App NEVER works
Like the title says, this app never works right. Just sits and spins and never loads no matter what I do.
I lost all my rewards
I haven’t been able to use my account ever since the fuel saver card turned into hyvee perks. I signed up for hyvee perks when the program was being launched at the Waverly Iowa location and have not been able to access anything since, including my fuel saver.
I have subsequently thrown out my fuel saver card. I am beyond frustrated with the mess this transition has caused. The stores have been little to no help.
Either close my account entirely, or merge my fuel saver account into the new hyvee perks, once and for all so I can finally use the app again. I am ready to switch to Fareway if this is not promptly resolved.

Getting Worse!
The app is getting slower with more hangs, freezes, and crashes. If I could roll back to earlier versions I would.
