Signs you out
Every time I open the app I have to sign in. As I Don’t carry all my passwords around, if Iam not at home I can’t use the app

For the love of all things Holy! Can you PLEASE make it so a person doesn’t have to login EVERY SINGLE TIME the app is used.
I can login, use the app, but if I leave the app and come back 2 minutes later, I have to log back in EVERY SINGLE TIME.
It’s also crazy that this app uses a very high amount of data in such little time. More than an actual gaming app does, which is sad.
And yes, I close out the app when done. Never let it run on in background

Delayed loading; glitches, unable to complete online order as it stated “error” when selecting a time . Doesn’t matter what time or what store either.
Must enter log in credentials almost every time
This is one of the most poorly designed apps on my phone. It is more common that I have to enter my log in credentials every time I use the app than not. Especially inconvenient when you’re in line or scanning rewards. DO BETTER! I have 40 other apps on my phone that act normally. Better yet, allow Face ID. This is not acceptable

Constantly logs you out and won’t let you search your store as a guest
Too Scattered
Kind of a ridiculous app if you want to order Meals to Go as it spawns white-label DoorDash in a browser window. I have a membership at one of their competitors that also offers Hy-Vee, so this app is kind of pointless for me unless I want grocery pickup.
Delivery
One minute the app will say free delivery for everyone then want to charge u 9.95 for the delivery like um no
App won’t open…

Needs work
Makes you log in before you can search for items. Doesn’t really come as a surprise for as difficult as Hy-Vee makes shopping
App has been broken for months
We use the previous purchases to go through and add things to our cart because there is no other way to make a shopping list and the “Your Essentials” is worthless. The new broken thing is anything you bought shows up in multiples if you bought more than one and starts replicating out of control as you scroll the list. It’s clear the developer hasn’t touched the code in months and I have no idea what kind of overhead is going on with your api calls but even deleting stuff from the list can take seconds which is insane.

Worthless
I was deciding if I should drive to town to get the latest deals. Brought up the app and after tapping 4-5 times finally got the July 4th weekend deals to load. So I start scrolling down the list and it updates the page, try again, update, again, again, go back out, start over, update.
It’s laggy, can’t scroll through the pages, and as I’m trying to type this review the text keeps disappearing behind the keyboard so I have to pull the text up just to see what I typed.
This used to be a good app until they decided it needed “improvement”.
What a joke.
At least I can kinda still find my prescriptions, but even then I usually end up calling the pharmacy because this app is WORTHLESS.

Weird
I don’t leave app reviews but every time I use this app I have a problem. I’ll scroll down the page and it shoots back up or I’ll try to che k out and it freaks out. Please look into this

LOVE the app LOVE the store!! I especially love the fact you have recipes on your app and you can easily add the ingredients to your buggy online. The perks section is very easy to use. Everything is really neatly organized, just like your stores! I love using the app to get my shopping done and pickup. But I also like coming in person. Thanks hy-vee!! You all are amazing!

Terrible ordering process
This app is the worst app when it comes to trying to place an online order. It’s extremely slow, glitches 90% of the time and it just sucks.
Tired of crashing
I want to give the app more stars. I very frequently have to restart the app. It crashes often , lags often , checking out is near impossible . Please do something to fix this

Great Prices, Slow and Unresponsive App
I’ve started to shop at Hy-Vee more recently, and while their prices can be great, using this app is a frustrating experience. It’s very slow to move between screens, adding an item to the shopping list takes 5 seconds after hitting enter, and the “See all” button when shopping your list doesn’t actually show you more options. I would probably do even more shopping if the app had better performance.

Super glitchy
Constantly glitches and crashes. Currently unable to place an online order because the payment page won’t load and keeps crashing. I hate this app.
App never works for anything
Can’t search for anything, always gets stuck in buffering mode or throws you back two pages. I don’t shop here cause I can’t place an order on the app. I do all my grocery shopping online pickup for health reasons. It won’t load payment methods no matter how many times you try closing and reopening the app. Updates do nothing to help with performance issues. The app has been terrible for years! They really need to get it totally overhauled!
