I have had very good experience of using HDC, speaking to them in their toll free number and the guidance provided thereafter in the entire booking / reservation process is smooth as hell. To top it, if you get Sandeep from the support team on the other side, he ensure it is like the best of experience.. explaining and hand holding you through the entire process… step by step.

I had an excellent experience with the HYATT DINING CLUB app’s customer care support. I recently faced a software error in the app, and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

Excellent Membership one must have. We get great benefits at minimal cost. You can get booking done in one call and even in oeak season you can redeem your vouchers. Ms nidhi from reservation team has been always helpful and i am personally thankful to her in providing us get the bookings in one go. You can go for anniversary , long weekend in almost evey part of india with best properties. Definetly a must have membership !! Loving it for almost 2 years now

For the past 15 days, I had been trying to book a room using my membership benefits, but I was unable to secure availability at any Hyatt property. It had become very stressful and disappointing for me as a long-term member.

Fortunately, my conversation was finally connected with Rajesh Ji, and the level of support he provided completely transformed my experience.
He listened to my issue with genuine patience, understood the urgency, and resolved my entire problem within just 24 hours.

We were facing some issues with Dining club app and was unable to redeem our coupons for the stay in Mansarovar, Jaipur. Ms Iram helped me to get it rectified and helped me to book the rooms within half an hour after the call. Nice customer service and keep it up Iram.

Stay away! - poor service and false promises!

Once you have taken the membership and paid for it they start deflecting and become rude on call. Availing the comp night in a property within the City is a challenge and they keep giving flimsy excuses that system is having technical issues and that too 5 days in a row!
They need to realise that it’s not a comp night after all as the member is paying upfront for the package and the fees paid is after factoring in one night stay included. So their sense of entitlement and rude replies that too in a hospitality related industry is an example of severe rogue behaviour.

Every time you need to avail a room you are made to go through the same rubbish process and made to feel miserable and regret!

Every time you’ll need an escalation and to and fro calls and mails to get them to provide a service that’s promised under the package.

VERY Poor experience and pathetic customer support!
All in the name of Hyatt - it’s a pay your money and regret scheme - strictly
stay away!

Mr. Aman and Ms. Priya were very good in conversation with us. Priya guided us extremely well and had good patience in interaction with us . She also has good rapport with business clients . We also thank mr. Aman who was also quite generous in guiding us. On the whole both were outstanding in dealing with us in most professional way.

Biggest sham of all time

I am a member and not able to get a single booking through this membership. Before selling they were like just get it but once you buy it you feel any hotel you enter they especially kind of dislike you for having this discount membership. No one is bothered to spare one room for you. In foods too they make the option limited. Very frustrating and unprofessional. The team selling Hyatt dining has nothing to do with hotels and that what creates problem for customers. And this all is on non festival or special days like 13 July 8 August where there is no occasion in india.

Excellent benefits and customer care

We have been Hyatt loyalists for years now and they have always found a way to accommodate our requirements. We needed the complimentary second night which was not available at all. We left an enquiry and they called and gave us the booking by themselves. Special thanks to Apoorva from their team who made sure this went through well. We will always continue to be Hyatt Loyalists.

This is an appreciation note for Miss NIDHI of Hyatt Dining Club.
My experience with HDC has been just okay.. I feel they are over selling their memberships and then not able to provide stay for members as requested. Tried different times and was always disappointed!
Finally settled for Jaipur which was not our preferred location.
But having sad all that, I really appreciate the way Nidhi took over my concerns and actually helped me💕
I appreciate the staff at the restaurants of Hyatt as well.
But the HDC has to make sure not to leave bitter taste with any of the members that join this program!

Hyatt Dining Club - Customer Support.

Having been a member of the Hyatt Dining Club since January, 2022 & satisfied with the programme, I decided to renew my membership for another year but was thrown into a spin between various staff members since my vouchers which were not utilised did not get revalidated. For nearly five days different personnel were contacted without any results. Just yesterday, I received a call from Ms. Shonshon Khapudang - Manager, Programme Support - Hyatt Dining Club who was quick to understand the problem. Not only that, she requested for a day’s time & rectified the problem within less than 24 hours! Truly impressive!! The Hyatt Dining Club Management should employ more staff like her so that members like me are not sent on a wild goose chase. Well done Shon & a BIG Thank you!!

Dear HDC Team,

Wanted to write an appreciation review for 1 of your colleagues Mr. Sandeep Tiwari whose prompt help & guidance helped me get through my HDC bookings in a matter of a few minutes.

I had a problem wrt utilisation of my comp Suite vouchers & Sandeep was prompt in coming back with some great solution options.

Sincerely appreciate his professionalism during the entire process.

Also a sincere request to Team HDC - To consider some renewal benefits in terms of price discount or additional Stay / Meals vouchers for old patrons.
Asking to pay the same amount as new for renewals is not something that may encourage customers.
So just as a delight factor & to retain the old customers you should introduce some perks.
Eg - I got to know today that the 2nd Comp room bight stay is not going to be a part of the new Platinum membership whereas the price remains the same - Now i am in 2 minds whether to renew or not as there are other groups offering similar aspects.
I thought the USP of this membership was 2 Comp room nights + the Meals vouchers which most of your patrons would’ve surely utilise, most other vouchers go unused (esp in my case) so are kind off worthless for me.
Hence the indecisiveness.
Request the team to kindly look into the renewal benefits.

dont be fooled by the sales and app

Shagufta is highly unprofessional from their CS team & app changes their terms and memberships terms whenever it suits them. like they did with nights booking thru app now. complete bunch of thugs. had a resv for 10th Nov as per commitemnt of last manager Rupali she told me she can make last minute changes to +/- 3-4 days as i was comitting the date months prior but when connected with new manager shagufta , it wasnt entertained and are asking me to travel to the places that i want to out of season. dehradun in non rush months and same with goa in summers.
