Getting better and better
Loving the app after a few weeks of use. Very easy to use and the AI features are on point. Had a minor sync issue and I was able to talk to the founder directly who resolved the issue ASAP. Incredible customer service.
Perfect app
I really like how I can use the ai chat to alter my plan on the fly to work around a busy and unpredictable work schedule.
Perfect Execution
I always wanted an easy dynamic way to train hybrid but the issue was many of the programs are so rigid and have so many workouts it’s hard to fit and adapt to your lifestyle. Tried then to do my own over AI like chatgpt but tracking and everything was really poor. This app perfectly brings its all together with the AI agent making it so easy to dynamically personalise the program. Highly recommend

Good but would like to see one addition
I wish they had a feature where you could use an ai chat to be alter the training plan after it’s made. Like “I won’t have access to a bike next week because I am away can you alter my training plan” and it will update it in real time. Same thing like “hey I am feeling really sore could we add in an extra rest day this week” a feature using ai like that i would really appreciate

This is my trainer
I started to watch some hybrid athletes and became convinced that this was the right way to train. Eventually I found HYBRD and gave it a try. If you are looking to start Hybrid training you shouldn’t go anywhere else. This app gives me motivation, accountability, and customizable training depending on my goals. They are also coming out with improvements regularly which makes me excited about the apps future!
This is one of the only fitness apps that I believe is completely worth the cost!

Expensive trial
App wasn’t for me. Accidentally let my free trial renew. Charged $100. Neither App Store nor developer would allow for a refund, requested within minutes of the credit card charge posting.
Didn’t Even Finish Signup
Planning to do California Full Ironman in 2027, it’s in October every year but want to start a training regiment now - couldn’t select an event date more than 35 weeks out and no option to skip.
Love the personalized insights
As a squash player, cross training is super important. HYBRD has helped keep those gains intact with their personalized insights. So grateful for this product!
Great Developers
I originally rated this app a 2, strictly out of comparison to others I have used. I was contacted by Ben, one of the co-founders, who took time to break things down and help me improve my use of the app. He also admitted the team is constantly trying to make improvements and although it is not perfect yet, they are working on making it a great platform. The time taken to receive my feedback and discuss future implementations of improvement gives this a 4 star review, with full confidence it’ll be a 5 star app within no time.

Perfect
This app is brilliant for anyone who wants a coach in their pocket especially with the Brain AI, you can talk to it and ask questions about training and it will even modify your plan for you if want to add something to it, I asked it to add one easy session a week of biking rather than running and it modified it accordingly. It’s truely 100% personalisable.
The reviews putting few stars are ridiculous… 100euros a year is nothing and it’s obvious you have to pay for an app.

Amazing
This is one of the most amazing apps out there for athletes. Ben is absolutely amazing and I recommend this app to anyone looking!
HYBRD brain is sick
It's basically claude but it actually updates the plan in the UI so you can follow it easily, adapt it automatically as you miss or change workouts, and connect it to your wearables

Best Tactical Training App I’ve Found
First time I’ve actually been impressed with a tactical fitness app. Good blend of rucking, running, and strength work with the ability to easily adjust the training with AI. Highly recommend.

Fantastic app, great discord too, devs are super responsive, there are some teething issues here and there but they are largely minor things, I’m excited to see the direction this heads in
Motivated & Accountable
I’ve been using Hybrd for over a year now and its tracking and metrics have kept me dialed. The stat tracking and trend analysis is top tier. I’ve yet to see something like this on any other apps. A big plus is the AI workout planner and inputting allows me to build workouts with ease. This app has helped me train for a Hyrox, multiple Ultras, Bench and squat PRs, and now a marathon.

It won’t let me pick when the day of my competition is in order to properly schedule my routine
Very beginner program
Do not buy this program if you have experience in the gym and already have workout routines. This is a very introductory program and not what is advertised
