Perfect program for my experience level
27 years of training and found a program that keeps me from getting bored

I want to start by saying that the programming itself is strong. I like the variety MARCHON offers, from hybrid training to more traditional bodybuilding plans, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed that side of the app.
My main concern is value for money.
At its price point, I expect a more refined overall experience. The nutrition tracking feels behind competitors. The AI voice logging is useful, but the lack of more streamlined food-logging options makes the system feel less polished than it should be.
I also find some of the nutrition setup questionable. When logging supplements such as protein or pre-workout, you’re asked whether you’re using MARCHON’s product or a generic alternative. On its own, that isn’t necessarily an issue, but when the app is tied to a supplement brand and sold at a premium, it does raise questions about impartiality.
This is particularly noticeable with Workout Fuel, which is heavily promoted across MARCHON’s social media. I’m not against pre-workout or caffeine — they can absolutely enhance performance — but the marketing can sometimes make it seem almost essential for an effective session. In reality, plenty of people can train perfectly well with something as simple as coffee, a banana and a solid overall diet.
I’m also sceptical of messaging suggesting that training fasted means you’re significantly losing gains or training efficiency. The reality is much more nuanced and depends on the individual, their overall nutrition and the type of training they’re doing.
I’m an athlete who has competed at national level, finishing 5th in my respective sport, so I’m not approaching this purely as a casual gym user. I think it’s fair to question marketing that presents complex sports-nutrition topics in overly black-and-white terms.
I also attended a MARCHON event and noticed how strongly some of the community identifies with the brand. Loyalty isn’t a bad thing, but I think any good fitness platform should be open to constructive criticism. Without it, feedback becomes less useful and the product has less opportunity to improve.
Compared with competitors such as Ladder, which offer structured programming and tracking at a lower price, I’m not convinced the MARCHON premium is currently justified.
Overall, I think MARCHON has genuinely good programming and coaching. My criticism is that the app, nutrition experience and supplement marketing don’t currently offer enough additional value to justify the price. I’d be much more positive if the nutrition tracking improved and the supplement marketing was more balanced and transparent.

Best App in The Game !!
Amazing app, amazing programming
31/07/26 UPDATE
This truly is a team that listens to it clients! I was asking for a feature to reduce the workout length times, and Marchon have done it!! Thank you so much! A professional orginastaion striving to give the clients what they want and need via social media, community page inside the app and climate surveys emailed out. Marchon listen, and they deliver! 11 out of 10.

Amazing app, I’ve tried every app going and this is by far the best. My one wish would be more 45 programs. Perform/hyrox 45. Normal program session are great but can be 90-120mins per session in an empty comercial gym.
