Fine but busy
It’s fine, but it’s far, far too busy as an interface, like they’ve tried to cram so much in it all looks a bit messy.
Basically it’s the app version of puregym; a little too busy and if you’re expecting someone to wipe down the equipment you’ve got another thing coming

Good workouts bad app interface
The workouts are really good. Enjoying my time training. However the app interface isn’t the best. The phone and how it functions on Apple Watch aren’t synced. If you want a great example of how a fitness app should on the phone and watch you should look at the Ladder app. Best interface I have used.

The app is awesome for training but the subscription is EXTREMELY expensive.

Je m’entraîne pour l’hyrox, ATHX et running avec des phases différentes dans l’année, je peux jongler donc avec mes programmes HYBRID, ATHX, HYROX quand je veux super agréable. Bon rapport qualité prix. Et une programmation qui me corresponds en terme de nerveux et volume

User Friendly App
Its kinda hard to swap through the App to keep up with the workout and to track your workout. Hopefully the more i use the app the more Ill get use to it.

Amazing app, amazing programming
Amazing app, I’ve tried every app going and this is by far the best. My one wish would be more 45 programs. Perform/hyrox 45. Normal program session are great but can be 90-120mins per session in an empty comercial gym.

Charged for subscription
Asked twice for a refund (did not use the app at all. Didn’t even know I had a subscription) they blocked my messages after the 2nd request. These guys only car about money.

I’ve used this app before the update and it was very good, now it’s just next level! A pocket PT on your phone from a brand that is steeped in fitness and actually knows what it’s doing. Not only will you get fitter and stronger but it will be celebrated with the community along the way. Alls you need is a gym and this app on your phone, Marchon to the moon baby!!!

For the price there are many better options
The fact there this uses an app and that completely utilizes video but does us that to describe the movements you’re supposed to be focusing while showing the video is huge disadvantage in today’s fitness app market. Also most gyms are packed these days and some of the workouts required that you set up equipment in an awkward way that just wouldn’t be practical in crowded gyms. Also the interface wasn’t that user friendly. A lot of the time the exercise names were abbreviated as though I know what these abbreviations already mean. Not bad, just not great. For that price point, I need you be great. Also cancel membership is weird. Not hard but it’s different from other apps. I’d fix that

Love the app, has really helped me progress my strength training. The only thing I would love is the ability to graph my progress

Iv been using this app for the online gain programme for almost a year now and it’s been the best thing I have invested in years! Designed by masters in their profession, the app it’s self I have never had any issues with and has always ran smoothly. Saves all my weights in the programme each week etc. Now the actual programming it’s self is 10 out of 10 👌🏻 paddy and the boys on the gain programme have perfected the training splits etc and I have seen some serious physical gains in strength in the gym. I locked in for 12 months to get a reduced cots of £60 a month, I hope once that comes to an end I get to stick at the price as I have been a loyal user for the time I have been on programme and will continue to do so. Amazing product, well worth every penny!
