Scam paywall.

Don’t waste your money. Hard paywall, you can’t view app before pay! Scam!

Response from developer

Sorry it felt that way. Before paying, you get a free assessment, a chat with your coach and a preview of your personalised plan. You can then cancel anytime, and every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Impossible workouts

Does not actually know you. It sets target paces that are impossible to do (some better than the world record l) I actually did worse in Hyrox after following this app

Helped me get super close to my goal for my 1st Hyrox

Ai models are as good as you feed them information and I was pretty thorough with my background in the creation of my master plan of training. I loved the workouts it gave me . It even accounted for my injury that ended up happening 10 weeks before the race and was able to adjust my training.
