I tried many times to synchronize the watch… it never worked. Many friends of mine tried as I was thinking I did it wrong. Nothing. 3000€ smartwatch to read the time. This is a joke and no one from the brand is answering my email. Terrible mistake to buy this watch ! Shame on Frédérique Constant !
App Not working with Hybrid Manufacture
This app doesn’t work with the Hybrid Manufacture! It just doesn’t Pair! FC says this is the app I should use - but how will I use it if it doesn’t pair with the watch! The other app (Smartwatch) does pair with the watch, but doesn’t sync activity! Either the app doesn’t sync activities or the watch doesn’t track it - I have no way of knowing!
And FC is of no help! I am beginning to regret that I bought this watch!

L’application ne reconnaît pas la montre avec le Bluetooth malgré la charge complète et malgré avoir recharger l’application..éteint le tel.. réinitialiser le Bluetooth..etc..

FC Hybride noch in der Garantiezeit kaputt... jetzt angeblich nach 3 Monaten Wartezeit repariert! App funktioniert NICHT auf iPhone mit iOS 14... Bluetooth Verbindung mit Uhr in Einstellungen vorhanden, Uhr logt sich aber nicht in App ein!
Eine so teuere Smartwatch ohne Smart-Funktionen? Absoluter Fehlkauf! Eine andere Marke lieber suchen!

Impossible d'ouvrir l’ application elle se referme dès que je l’ouvre.
App stürtzt ab
Für die traumhafte Uhr habe ich 3550€ ausgegeben. Dann erwarte ich, dass die iPhone App auch funktioniert und nicht nach einer Sekunde abstürzt. Sehr enttäuschend!!! Die iPad Version funktioniert aber. Was passiert, wen im Herbst die IOS14 kommt? Die App habe ich schon drei Mal hintereinander gelöscht und neu installiert. Der Effekt ist immer gleich - nach einer, bzw. Zwei Sekunden stürzt sie ab.

Die App ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Stürzt sofort nach dem starten ab. Schade bei so einer teueren Uhr eine App die keinen Cent wert ist. Somit ist die Hybrid Funktion nicht zu gebrauchen :-(((

Stürzt dauernd ab
Seit der Aktualisierung auf IOS 13 stürzt die App beim Start ab und ist nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Und das bei einer so teuren Uhr.

Watch seems to have a mind of its own
Some days records activity other days it doesn’t bother. Battery life on the watch can be as little as 2 days.
Some the latest update some functions don’t work, ie the watch should save steps after walking 250 paces that no longer works.
Battery strength reading can show 100% one minute then 0% the next.

The Last Update is A Disaster
My watch is brand new and worked fine for the last couple of weeks. A couple of days ago, I updated to last version. Unfortunately, since then, the watch cannot connect to the phone. I tried everything there is to do. Restarted the phone, reset the bluetooth, unpaired the watch, deleted and reinstalled the app and NOTHING worked. NOW THE WATCH CANNOT EVEN PAIR.
