Most unreliable app on my phone. Came with my trek e-bike and I can count the number of times it’s worked on one hand, and most of those times only after a great deal of frustration. Even with latest updates it won’t actually work to track my battery and ride data unless there is super strong WiFi available. Most places we like to bike don’t have perfect WiFi.

Ride tracking miss
Ride tracker needs improvement. Very inaccurate. There are much better ride trackers available. It seems like the tracker tries to anticipate where I’m going. There are a lot of places where it overshoots corners. Decent app for accessing the system though.
Won’t connect
Won’t connect my iPad to Trek FX 2. Maybe only works with phones.
It was a surprise.
No one told me about this app. I found it on YouTube so I went to the App Store and downloaded it. Now I get all the information on my iPhone no more guessing.
Provide email login
A recent update now forces you to use Google, Facebook or Apple to login? This is end of the line for me. I don’t have accounts with two of these, nor will I use SSO with any provider.

This app needs to also be compatible to the Apple Watch, make it much easier to view miles per hour and any other functions from the watch rather from your phone while riding

Like everything about the APP except the lack of sharing data with Apple Fitness/Workout..

App connects to my bike fine, also updated the firmware with no troubles.
Annoying thing is that all details of the bike get lost when there is no Bluetooth connection. Would be nice to see the battery percentage etc whilst the bike is not on

Must update every 2 days, locks you out otherwise
This app is required to view any and all stats. Except it requires an update at least 3 times a week. If the app requires an update you are unable to use it. Every time I need to look at the stats I need to first update it. I understand that there are bugs to be worked out, but at least let me check the battery percentage or range first and update it later

Developers are very responsive. The app does exactly what’s needed. Easy and simple way to manage my e-bike.
Cannondale Neo 2
Review based on app version 1.18.0 I was able to update 3 module firmware, iDrive, HMI and Battery, without any issues. I stood about 3 feet from bike during the updates which lasted a few minutes. I was hesitant to update based on previous reviews but, it worked for me! The app allows adjusting of motor power per assist level. There’s 3 levels on my bike and I can set the motor power % for each level. Dashboard is simple and can be adjusted to include speed, temp, calories, elevation. Overall it’s a great app. I wish I had found out about it earlier.

Latest update crashes upon open
Latest update was bricked, crashes immediately when opening. iPhone 15 pro, iOS 17.4.1
Firmware upgrade crashes app
Unfortunately, the app crashes always when you try any firmware upgrade. Please fix this issue.
Doesn’t work now
Got asked to update the app, was working perfectly fine before, but I’ve updated the app and now it won’t open at all now just keeps closing everytime I press the app to open.

Impossible to log in
For some weird reason the developers force you to have a Google, Apple, or Facebook account in order to log in. My son has none of them and therefore can’t use this app. What an odd way of doing things!
can’t update spare battery
when you update one battery it doesn’t allow you to update the second because there’s no notification for it, please make a dedicated firmware update section to force updates..
Trek FX+ 2
Pretty good app. However, the UI isn’t super intuitive, and it would be AMAZING if it could integrate with the health app
