Opportunity
Can you guys please talk with these companies. I’ve downloaded this app maybe back in 2024 I saw plenty of opportunities and none of the managers or etc gave me the chance to show my capabilities. You have to give a person the chance to conclude if they are acceptable or not. I had deleted the app because it’s not fair to see all of the opportunities showing & no one gives you the chance. (Maybe they are only selecting certain people they have already met, if that’s the case. Hire them permanently and give other people the chance). I’m going to redownload this app to give it 1 more try. If I don’t get a chance this time I won’t try this platform ever again.

THE NEW UPDATE
Ever since the app makes you take a picture of your backstock etc. the app has been a pain to deal with. I get an error message multiple times when I try to task in, and I also have to take the same picture of my backstock over again. Please fix the app.
Have to pay 5.00 for a background check.
I don’t mind that it’s 5$ but at the same time why should I pay 5$ for a background check when real jobs or staffing agencies don’t charge me for it. Hell, no other app made me pay either. Also there are no jobs in my city at all but you guys send constant notifications for other cities and counties that are too far.

Honestly love this app, use it frequently, the only problem is requiring the surveys after a task. Please notify the tasker before a task starts as to whether or not a survey will be done. Makes it very difficult when trying to complete a task and finding out you needed pictures of before and after. This was never a thing for me until recently.

Trash app
App is very frustrating to use. On the business side, you scroll through the days you post jobs to pick applicants and it constantly skips and goes right back to the first day. Also keeps loading on multiple different uses and either doesn’t load and app snaps off or it takes forever to do whatever task your trying to complete. Whether it be post jobs, pay a tasker, pick in N a tasker. If I had the choice, I’d NEVER use this app

Do not use this app first of all they take too much money out they lie about how long your break was and then when you complain about it, they deactivate your account without paying you

The background check
App looks legit but how are you making people pay for a background check when other apps do it for free only thing that threw me off and made me delete the app then the jobs you hiring for don’t charge for background checks if we apply directly

They should just be a local temp service because they can’t provide a board scale platform for many job seekers.
A lot of the jobs are locked in with one person at a busines.
Out of 1 year having this app I only secured one shift.
Other gig apps are first come to accept work gets the job first. No apply and wait several day in limbo just to see that Terence is on all the shifts. Maybe if he’s sick we can let you work a day. But yes there system is prehistoric and they need to down size to a local temp service because they aren’t big enough to provide jobs for a larger base of job seekers.

I signed up for Hyer 2023 I apply every time there’s a post in my town. They never select me to do a job. How the heck is this even a quickly find work/ hire help. If I could I’d give this app Zero stars. Delete my Hyer account after this.
Poor and discriminating
You guys ain’t good company who want discrimination someone being deaf and keep denied over a little bit over many branches when come to compare other jobs willing give a second chance to work just like they rehired someone too you keep denied repeat carry the past over many branches when people is struggles out there with no work and want try this hyper why can’t u be like other jobs that rehired or give a second chance denied the background wasn’t cool I would not recommend people to use hyper they so many negative with this company how they discriminate people who struggles of jobs outta there

Great way to make $$$$
No work on this app
I’ve signed up to this app for about 5 yrs and was only able to use it one time in Detroit when I use to travel out there. There is never any work in Chicago city limits when we have Meijers. And the work they have it’s impossible to make it there with the early 6-8am time or late 10pm-11pm timeframe. I paid my background for nothing and was hoping since I had no luck years ago with this app that it would have better gigs but nope. I remember one Meijers in the city had with every blue moon but now it’s nothing accessible to get to.
I read the feedback from Hyer. None of those 70 jobs are not in the city of Chicago! They are all outside of the city approximately 2-3hrs drives to get there from the city. The only tasks showing is coming from Meijers. For example, there’s a Meijers on Evergreen on 95th and Western, which is in the city, and it’s never on the app. I used to see 4yrs back but now it’s never there. They need tasks that actually in the city.

Took my $5 for background check but won’t approve me for any jobs
Being regect with noreason
I joined the Hyer app eager to work, with a clean record, a passed background check, and a willingness to take on tasks. At first, I completed two assignments successfully. However, after that, every single task I applied for was rejected without explanation.
What’s troubling is that I feel my appearance may have played a role in these rejections. I have met all qualifications, kept my profile honest and professional, and maintained a good standing with no complaints or violations. Yet, I’ve been denied opportunities over and over again.
It’s extremely discouraging to be shut out of work when you’ve done nothing wrong and you’re ready to perform. If this app is supposed to be an equal-opportunity platform, then all workers should be given fair access to tasks without bias or discrimination.
Until these issues are addressed and transparency is provided, I cannot recommend Hire to others. Everyone deserves to be judged on their skills, not their looks.
