I am now somewhat disabled at my age but one thing I wanted to share with Sodexo leadership is most important hires and leaders are loyalty and relationship
You come up short on both of these especially relational.
I know as a fact from my circle of relations 35-40 GM/Chef managers you lost who were terrific. Working for other companies. It’s sad to me because I thought you had a great vision of promotion and advancement but also what about those who are just happy where they are at
Thank you for opportunity you gave me back in the day but also disappointed with relationships I had as I moved on
Turnover comes even at leadership at Munson because of lack of building relationships and promotion

Borderline useless
This app needs some serious overhauling. The amount of ghost listings on it is insane. “Payment information not provided” shouldn’t be a thing, the whole point of looking for a job is to get paid. Plus, I’ve seen several listings that say “from $1 an hour.”

No matter how much you hide the jobs you clearly state you don’t want to see they show up again straight away on the next page 👍 and also why make it soo hard to change MY OWN CV ON MY OWN ACCOUNT?!? To even upload a new cv you make it stupidly difficult?! what’s the point? Security issue? You have awful service if you won’t let us easily tweak our own CVs in our own account. Try Glass Door, or local job site INDEED IS FINISHED stop bothering with this outdated rubbish app
