Bill Kastanas along with his brother George have been cooking up breakfast for you since 1991. The Hyland was born in Scarborough Ontario, for ten years they have served this area. In 2001 the Hyland moved its service to Port Perry Ontario. It has remained here and serving up meals everyone wants. Bills wife Emily is also a part of this amazing team, she brings a spirit to this company that no other could.
