App ok product not so much

I don’t have too many problems using the app itself. However the barbecue doesn’t seem to work and I’m having a hard time getting a hold of their customer service. Basically my thermometer will only work when plugged in. The battery does not hold a charge. So I’m a bit frustrated.

Doesn’t have ranges/alarms

I guess this is supposed to replace Chugod? Or maybe a knockoff? I’m confused. It doesn’t have any ranges or alarms which is kind of the point. I returned the thermometer that came with it.

No temp alarm

Where are the temperature alarms?

Does what it says

Works well, accurate, multiple channels at once, and works on my Apple Watch: which extends the range. I’ll have the grill going outside, I’ll be in the kitchen preparing other items, and have my iPhone halfway between the kitchen and the grill with music of podcasts playing. I can control my phone from the watch and see grill temps on the watch, and the phone stays in range receiving and relaying the signal.

So far so good

As of now I’m liking it. I like how I can make custom alarms and how it links to my Apple Watch. So far the only think I don’t like and would LOVE to see changed is the app doesn’t show the whole temperature. Anything over 100 deg only shows a 1.... I want to use one of the probes to monitor pit temperature. I can do that because it doesn’t show the whole temperature. I would love to see the actual temperature displayed.
