Does not work!!
The app absolutely will NOT connect to the bike. My son was really excited about this feature only to be disappointed. Even more disappointing to see others are having the same issue and they have not attempted to resolve the problem!!
APP WILL NOT CONNECT!
Despite everyone saying that the app will not connect to the bikes, this company refuses to solve the issue or answer anyone’s questions. Very disappointed and I would not recommend the app or even doing business with the company.

Won’t connect
Won’t connect to my phone except for music. Can’t get any other part of the app to work.
Terrible app, does not connect.
This app is trash. I purchased the Cruiser 12 Plus (with APP) model and it doesn’t connect to bike. After doing some digging, I think this has to do with the app using Bluetooth 4.0 BLE (Bluetooth low energy), which doesn’t seem to be picked up by any of my Apple devices.
