Need to fix app
The app doesn’t work anymore for the newer iPhones won’t load live view of videos
The camera’s kinda ok, but the app never works.
The cameras video is ok, the microphone is bad quality, but the worst of it all is the app. It doesn’t work at all and it’s what you need to delete the videos that the camera saves as “events”. Even if you remove the disk and put it into a computer, the disk won’t allow you to delete the files. This has been an issue with this app and product for at least 5 years now.

Good camera…bad app
Camera works great. Really good video and audio quality but since my iPhone updated the video playback on the app no longer works. Please fix!!

I bought this camera in order to use it on my car but it’s useless! first you need to connect it to the power all the time so if you put it on the roof of the car ( which is the most choice) it’s bothering to have cable of power crossing from power source to the roof! Second there is too much noises when you recording with the sound you almost can’t hear nothing plus it doesn’t record until you open the app from your phone and then you can’t download anything to your iPhone after that ! seriously!

No good enough
The camera works really great to be honest, but the app do not open the videos... Im trying to explain the problem, I had an accident, 10 min later after talk with the other people, I decided to watch the video, but nothing shows the app, no photos or videos, I just get crazy, but after put the sim on my computer I found everything,

Video can not be downloaded
Videos can not be downloaded to iphone. Please fix.

I really need the app to connect with the module. I was in an accident and don’t have a way of reviewing the footage. This is essential for operation. Please get it back working!

Severa times this camera has not recorded my drive when something has happened I go back and nothing is there. Almost got creamed by a car yesterday went back to play video not a single video from my trip from home to work. Plus every two days it tells me to format my card, sometimes it’s once a month however yesterday morning I did format it and guess what, still way old videos from a week ago it deleted most but not all. Pure garbage camera.

The app on iPhone 11
Never had a problem until the last update I have iPhone 11 the app is keep crashing every time I try to click on a video so frustrating
No longer working
Camera is no longer functional, doesn’t recognize SD card after several attempts and formatting. After the new update camera just doesn’t like the SD card anymore, never had a problem before.

Was working great till the iOS 14 update but thanks to Hyperion updating the app I have no issues

Needs to do an update. My phone is updated and when i tried to look at my videos it crashed. I went back to videos pressed video and crashed again

Lost video playback after update
Cannot playback videos after IOS update. App support on this app takes you to a screen that says “website coming soon”. This needs fixed ASAP. When it works, it is awesome!

Works Great until ios14
I never had a problem with the dashcam until apple updated to ios14. Now the app crashes any time I try to enter settings, replay any saved videos, or look at any snapshots. This is really bad because I don't even know if the camera is going to keep recording video. If I get into a crash I'd like to know which video to save to show to police instantly, instead of having to take it home and find a way to get the video off the SD card.
I see the last update to this app was 11 months ago, I'm worried it won't be updated any more. I'd rather not have to buy a new camera because I like this one a lot, it's just become incompatible with my phone.
