Device does firmware update while walking – – – bad!
You want to make sure that you don’t ask for software and firmware updates while user is in the middle of using the device.

I have MS and 72 years old. My brother bought me this device and was very sceptical at first. I cannot believe how well it helps me walk by lifting my one leg! I have not been able to walk in years and now I can and especially uphill!! LOVE IT!!
Horrible App
Horrible customer service. Chat did not work - no reply. Trying to reset my Hypershell through the app via settings but it’s not there. Googled a solution as well - no help. Buyer beware.

Can you please make it so isolate on workout mode has adjustable strength for squats? I'd really like to have the isolate mode strength for normal walking exercise.

The aftermath of my spinal cord injury has made my condition very difficult to walk… as I grow older weakness in lifting my legs is hard. I drag my feet and I am more prone to trip on anything. I wasn’t sure if the Hypershell would help me and in my first try I was very pleased with the ease it is helping with my walking abilities…. I feel like I’m on a cloud… legs are so light. Going up stairs or hills is so fun, I can now enjoy taking walks. It’s also making it easier to doing chores around the house. Very easy to setup and link to my phone via Bluetooth. I love this skeleton, it’s now part of me…
