Horrible App
Horrible customer service. Chat did not work - no reply. Trying to reset my Hypershell through the app via settings but it’s not there. Googled a solution as well - no help. Buyer beware.

Can you please make it so isolate on workout mode has adjustable strength for squats? I'd really like to have the isolate mode strength for normal walking exercise.
I really love the exoskeleton otherwise! I'm going to use it for normal biking since my state has excessive electric bike laws.

Infuriating app!
This app is as close to worthless as you can get. Cannot get past tutorial which makes device crippled in use. No support whatsoever.

The settings are easily accessible.
Stuck
The App is stuck on screen 4 of 8 can't access settings or any adjustment screens. Tried deleting & reinstall. Tried to contact Support no response. Have contacted the Australian distributor but they keep sending us screenshots of screens we can't access. The device itself is working it's just the app that's causing problems. Blue tooth is connected ok gets to screen 4 of 8 hypermode & locks up . Need help !

I hate this app
I’ve tried several times to get through the set up on the app and it won’t let me finish.
I was able to get through several screen before there was no going forward or an exit when locked on a screen. I have an apple phone and maybe that has something to do with it

The app is running but doesn’t update more than 89%
Hypershell+ is amazing!
This app gives you total control over your exoskeleton. It allows you to easily change between modes and gives you the ability to change various parameters. Easy to use and simple to understand.
Overheating
I love the Hypershell. It helps me do what I need to do. I have Myelopathy (SCI) balance issues, drop foot, unsteady gait etc..It helps with all of my problems. I can use it without an aid. My only complaint is that it overheats. App has been updated and I use the overheat protection. Please help.

Love the app , love the product! Would be great if… you could customize 5 or so settings and save them on the app. If the adjustments in the motion engine had elaborate descriptions of how they affect different scenarios and also recommend settings for different scenarios, as well as decribe what other settings should be adjusted in accordance with that( sort of like a race car simulation game ). Make the app usable from the Lock Screen of your device , or better yet … sell a cheap smart watch to use the app from . Maybe it could even be used as a key for that unit, and even make it so that the settings from one hypshell owner can be instantly recognized by a friends hypershell making switching units a breeze

I’ve had the Hypershell pro X for about a week and a half now and have worked through most of the kinks and things I had to learn.
I love the product so far and see a good use for it for me in the future.
The tech support service has been excellent. They get back to me in a timely manner although I know they’re very very busy.
I’m looking forward to many many more years of using this product and will recommend it highly to others who are thinking about purchasing an exoskeleton. I know of two people right now who could use one and I’m going to let them borrow mine to see what it can do for them. This is a great product for work or recreation.

Poor instructions and stressful operations
Turning off is not easy. Wish it’s simple switch off via app . Most of the operations would be more easy to operate if it’s via app.
Be careful/ No support
There is absolutely zero customer service or support. I have questions I can’t get answered. I need to talk to a human and they don’t offer this service.
Good prod, poor Registration
The product works ok, need some adjustment to use it for long term. The user registration part need to be fixed. My password can’t be accepted. ( Please don tell me the listed rules, I followed them religiously. ) It’s a bug.
Product will not update to the latest firmware
I hope Michelle would not update to the latest firmware available. The absolute horrible customer service that provided by the company is a joke! I’ve sent no less than 20 emails with no resolution insight. They have no customer service phone number to call to get support live, everything is through email. Stay away from this product and this company

This product is simply extraordinary. The app in fine but the integration with the truly game-changing hardware blows me away. This is a revolution in mobility and I can't wait to share this with friends and family, particularly my parents. Phenomenal!

Super responsive ui
Gives super responsive control to hyper shell, shows what mode the ai is in at any time, subdominant controlling strength feels instant, all info I want is there, connection was seamless.
