The app constantly disconnects from the devices
Hi, I’m writing this review so that maybe the owners will see it and fix it. The app constantly disconnects from the devices. You connect all of your devices to it and then a week or sometimes even two days later one will disconnect or all of them and then you have to reconnect which isn’t a quick fix. Also, they’ve been saying for years now that they are going to connect to a smart device, such as Alexa or Google and still no progress. These are the only devices in my room that I have to physically turn on every time I come in, and when they are disconnected from the app, I have to individually turn on every single one. Rather than just turning on one and they all turn on. Everything else turns on with my smart device, which I wouldn’t have a problem if they stayed connected. They recently rolled out an update and for a little bit the devices stopped disconnecting. But now it’s doing the same thing. It’s pretty frustrating and for a very expensive product, this shouldn’t be happening. Hopefully this review gets the point across. If you guys fix it, I’m happy to re-review. And or take down this review.

Good Luck
Initial setup was simple. Now with the new updates, anytime connection is disconnected, best of luck trying to reconnect (on WiFi or cellular data). If you upgrade phones, move, or internet disconnects- you’re never going to be able to reconnect or recognize your device. Customer and technical support does not help either. Loved my Hypercube when I could control it via app, but now it’s just a colorful light switch

Great Lighting, Atrocious App
I love all my Hyper products. I have cubes, little cubes, mirrors and god only knows what else. Great products.
Then theirs is absolutely useless app. If you unplug a device to move it or maybe you had a power failure, you’re screwed. You have to resync your devices from the ground up. The app just forgets about your products.
Obtuse user interface, buggy, saving mode that forgets its settings the next day, preset names that mean nothing. This app is so lousy it makes your phone smell like a wet dog.
For God’s sake, someone fix this thing.

Barebones and featureless app
App could’ve easily been created by a 5 year old using AI and still would’ve had better features. No widget support, no shortcuts. Super barebones and underdeveloped. At least make some applets on IFTTT so we can sync it to streamdeck.
