What's New in Hypertrophy

1.3

October 18, 2026

Your workouts now sync with iCloud. • Workouts, routines and exercises stay in your private iCloud and on every iPhone signed in to it. Free, with nothing to set up. • Widgets for your Home Screen, Lock Screen and Apple Watch: today's training, recovery and your last 7 days. • A training calendar at the top of History shows the days you trained. • After a workout, a short written summary of what changed, made on your iPhone with Apple Intelligence. • Backup and restore are now free. • Enter dumbbell weights for one dumbbell or both together. • While Recovery learns your normal, it tells you when your first score arrives. • A brighter look, with richer theme colors. • New app icons, including Liquid Glass. Gold is free once you've logged 30 workouts. This update also improves the Apple Watch workout: rest ending opens your next set, double pinch logs a set on supported watches, and RPE carries forward from your last set.
