HyperX Cloud Mix 2
This app is what is what the new Hyper X Cloud Mix II states to download. Was hoping it could resolve the very poor volume levels on Xbox X!!
Doesn’t work with hyper cloud mix buds
Please update (restore) the iPhone app so I can configure my Mix buds with this app. The app opens and immediately tries to connect to the Mix 2 buds (which I do not own)

Downloaded this app on my iPhone and keeps crashing….downloaded on my windows computer and will not update firmware…terrible software support!

I’ve never been able to open this app. It crashes the moment it launches.

Downloaded app ok but it doesn’t open. Earbuds are connected no problem but can’t get into the app

Downloaded the App and it crashes every time. Doesn’t connect to earbuds even though they work with my iPhone 14 latest software 16.4.1(a)
Crashes everytime
App crashes as soon as it detects the ear buds. Can’t access any settings or do anything for my $150+ headphones.

They are connected to my phone and even updated through the computer but still the app won’t detect them
