Hi GratefulWinds 🤍 Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry for the confusion, especially so close to your due date when the last thing you need is added stress. To clarify, the weekly subscription includes a 3-day free trial, while the yearly subscription does not include a trial and is charged immediately upon confirmation. Apple processes the charge as soon as the yearly plan is selected and confirmed on their purchase screen. We recently saw that one of the yearly subscriptions was refunded through Apple, so it looks like this may already have been resolved on their end. Apple handles all billing and refund decisions directly, and they are usually very understanding in situations like this. We never intend to mislead anyone, and the trial information is shown on the Apple confirmation screen before the purchase is finalized. Still, I completely understand how frustrating it must have felt to expect a trial and see a charge instead.
