Couldn’t be more satisfied
A dear friend recommended Hypnosis Downloads with Roger about 3 years ago because I was having some anxiety (CPTSD) struggles. I ordered several sessions at the time and have accumulated many more since. I listen every single night before lights out and I can’t express how grateful I am for the calm and peace that immediately settles over me. Thank you Roger.

Customize Track Order?
I love this app and use it every day!!! I would really love to be able to customize the order of my playlist tracks! Even if I sort the tracks and push play… it starts with whatever track it decides is first.
Was good but then could no longer access purchases
I really liked this app but when I got a new phone I was unable to download my purchases. I tried the help section but it is AI and kept sending me to read a long article that didn’t address my issue. I prefer apps where you can talk to an actual human. Huge waste of money.
Annoying
10 minute disclaimer before each session of the guide talking as slow as he does during the actual session. I was so agitated that even 10 minutes into the actual session I couldn’t relax.

Tried the app again tonight and it works! Hooray!!! I was able to access my purchases on the website but it was annoying. Happy to have the app back. I listen to these every night to fall asleep. I absolutely love them. A perfect way to focus on myself before bed.
Not working
I’ve used this app almost daily for years, but now I get a blank screen. I can’t use the many many downloads I paid for now. What’s going on? Please fix.

Excellent - Really Works For Positive Changes!!
I have had trouble sleeping for YEARS and stumbled upon this app one night desperatley looking for something to help me sleep. The initial one I purchased didn’t help that night, but their customer service was excellent and they allowed me to get a refund and buy a different one - worked perfectly! They have an excellent tool that allows you to figure out what program you really need and find the one that may help you most. For the first time in over 20 years, I am sleeping soundly a full 8 hours regularly. I can’t speak positively enough about an app that literally changed my life for the better. I have also found another audio that has helped me greatly with being patient with others. Best money I have ever spent!

The Hypnosis Downloads modules have helped me through some extremely difficult times of my life. One of my go to tracks nowadays is the "drift off to sleep" track… It works like a charm every time and the fade out at the end doesn't wake you up I'm very thankful for!
My suffering is over
For 17 years I suffered from severe hot flashes. They were extremely uncomfortable, embarrassing, & debilitating. I was afraid to visit friends for fear I would sweat on their upholstery. I used Uncommon Knowledge’s hypnotherapy for hot flashes and I feel like a new woman. I still get hot flashes occasionally but my body shuts them down as soon as they begin. They don’t bother me anymore. Since then I have purchased other sessions. The price is so reasonable for the benefits I’m getting.
