I paid the 3 months price for unlocked content and can’t access the content. I emailed support several times with no response. Beware.

Can not access content after paying subscription

I have paid for a subscription, yes can not access content as it is saying it’s locked. Have attempted to contact app developer several times, with no response. Not happy

Pay to unlock, it gets locked 🔒

At first I was pretty happy with this app. Then I paid for the upgrade to unlock all the content. It was unlocked for about a week then my next payment processes and it locked up all the pay-for content.
I have sent multiple emails to Support, no reply. I tried to get a refund, doesn’t even show up on my purchases. Then 2 weeks later, another payment is taken.
Another 2 emails, no response. I don’t get what the problem is. I’m cancelling the monthly subscription. Maybe a bad review will actually get the developers attention.

This is a wonderful app! So many options! I’ve never felt this strong inside! All my life I’ve been self conscious, uncertain and afraid of failure, success and disappointing people. The feelings were so overwhelming that I couldn’t even trust myself! Instead of going out and living life and enjoying people I stayed home in a ‘safe zone’. I’m so thankful to have stumbled upon this app., it’s changed my life!
There’s still a bit of work to do in me, but I’ve never felt so strong and comfortable in my life! I don’t sit and constantly replay past errors or embarrassments. I’m ready to go!
Get this app and give yourself time. You’ll start feeling better right away, but realize It took years for you to get where you are mentally, it may take a little while to retrain and untangle what’s in your mind, but believe me it will come.

Good app

Very happy with the app. I would change only 1 thing about it. I would make a separate session ending. I like to stack a couple of sessions. A separate ending would allow me to not have the 5 count to wide awake after each session.

SCAM - DONT BUY

I downloaded the app and paid for the premium subscription. A day later the app defaulted to the free version and I was not able to access the premium content. Contacted the support team for help TWICE and no one has responded to me. I’ve tried force stopping the app, restoring the purchase, powering off the phone - nothing works. At this point I feel I’ve been scammed. Don’t waste your time.

So far so good

I’ve used it once. I enjoyed it very much. I used the playlist and agree with others that it would be nice to be able to not have to be counted out and the end of each track. But it works with the iPhones latest update and my other app quit working when that happened ☹️

Why didn’t anything unlock???

I purchased the 1 year subscription Bc it said I could use it on multiple devices and I wanted to put it on my daughters phone as well. Turns out you can only do that if you use the same Apple ID, which we don’t. So that was super annoying but I went ahead and purchased the 3 month subscription on HER phone so she could try it out. However, nothing unlocked on her app. Only the free content is there and everything else is locked. And I have an Apple receipt saying I paid for the subscription. So frustrated!

Extremely recommend!!

I used it for a month now and cannot live without it anymore!
Only suggestion is, can we add a “search” functionality? For example, when I want to see all meditations associated with “sleep”. Another thing is, can we able to archive some of the audios, so we can remove those we don’t like much and keep those we like and haven’t tried?

Love it! But you NEED to take out the countdowns

Great app, but the playlist is useless if each track has countdowns.

This is only the second paid app I've ever purchased. I listened to the free version one time and I was sold. I fired my therapist. Only suggestion I have is an option to play all, or just a specific meditation, rather than automatically playing all in a specific category. If it is going to play all then please eliminate the count up to wake up at the end of every 5 minutes session. Then it goes into a deeply relaxed state right into starting the next session. It's counterproductive to wake up, deep focus, wake up, deep focus all night long. If I could get rid of the count up I would give 5 stars. Despite this minor flaw I still give 4 stars, leaving room for improvement. Overall the best app I own. For $12 it replaced my headspace that I pay $100 yearly. No matter what you wish to accomplish, everyone needs this app.
