If you are looking for something completely free our app Harmony Self Hypnosis comes with 3 permanently free sessions including one for confidence. If you did purchase a subscription it gives you full access to all 9 of our apps. We do have to charge for the majority or our work because there are substantial costs both in time and finances to keep several apps on multiple ever changing platforms updated working and ever growing with new sessions and features.

Love the idea, but the execution could be better

Used this for a month, and although I love the idea of this application, the user interface is awful and free version is basically useless. And it $120 for two years is way too expensive for a half of this caliber. If it was maybe $10 I’ll write it would be worth it but unfortunately pass on this one there’s just too many good other options out there

Hi, the app comes with a free 7 day trial. Subscriptions are either $49.99 per year or $9.99 per month. The free trial and subscriptions also give you free access to all other Harmony apps many of which compliment this programme. If you want an app developer that can't stay out of your inbox for more than four hours, this is the app for you! I was looking for something to help with my anxiety, not add to it. 👎

Incredibly Powerful App

This app helps me to dive deep quickly and focus on my goals incredibly succinctly. Well worth the price. I’ve tried many hypnosis apps in the past and this blows many of them out of the water.
