Info overload

I can't figure this out. There are too many things happening and when I click on something is says audio can't load. So I can't even use this! But if audio loaded, I still think there are too many categories and it needs to be simplified. I can't make sense of the thousands of lines of titles or how to use this!

Hi there, 1) Please open the app and pull the screen down to refresh. This will re-load the metadata and often fixes such issues. 2) If that doesn't work then try to force close and reopen the app. How to force close on iOS: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330 3) If that doesn't work, please try to delete the app entirely and re-download it. Once you've done this, you'll need to re-unlock any purchases you made. Simply go to SETTINGS > RESTORE PURCHASES.

I purchased interview success within the app but it did not unlock and the payment has gone through. I have emailed twice in the contact section with no response. I would like a full refund please.

Absolutely love it.

I have severe anxiety and depression. This app has been extremely helpful with motivating me and giving me confidence. I feel a huge weight lifted off me after ever session. Its truly is amazing

I am loving this app it’s great so I in app purchase to unlock more and it will not let me unlock it even though I’ve paid this is only problem I have other than that it’s a really good app I love it

Need some improvement

I like the App, have bought the subscription.
Overall the content is good, but wish it mentioned the narrators name- so can sort by them. Some voices are more pleasing than others.
I wish there would be a way to create more than one playlist for easier access to the favorites. Also if there would be a possibility for replaying the same hypnosis twice.
