UI Enhancement & Add Odometer feature in App.
Hi Team,
Everything is working perfectly in the app. However, we would like to suggest a few UI and feature improvements that could enhance the overall user experience.
1. Prevent accidental Remote Start
When checking the status of the car controls, a pop-up appears asking the user to acknowledge the message by clicking “Confirm.” Currently, the Remote Start button is positioned directly below the Confirm button. As a result, after tapping Confirm, users may accidentally tap the Start button within a fraction of a second, which unintentionally starts the car’s engine.
To avoid this, we recommend one of the following UI changes:
* Display the confirmation pop-up in the center of the screen without aligning it directly above the Start button.
* Alternatively, reposition the Remote Start button to another area of the screen to minimize the risk of accidental taps.
This small UI improvement would help prevent unintended remote engine starts and improve overall usability.
2. Display Odometer Reading in the App
It would also be very helpful if the app could display the vehicle’s odometer reading (total kilometers driven). Currently, this information is only available on the car’s instrument cluster.
Adding the odometer reading to the app would allow users to:
* View the total distance traveled remotely.
* Track vehicle usage more conveniently.
* Monitor service intervals without needing to be inside the vehicle.
These enhancements would make the app even more user-friendly and provide greater convenience to customers.
Thank you in advance.

No repair only replacement.
In my approximately 4 year old Creta , Bluelink stopped functioning “ Mobile network not available”. I am having validity of recharge till next year. I contacted customer care and service centre , every body suggesting change whole system worth 80 thousand, but no repair.
Major Functionality issues in Bluelink
★☆☆☆☆
BlueLink is unreliable for features that matter most. Remote start works, but the AC does not turn on, making cabin pre-cooling impossible. In addition, searching destinations by GPS coordinates returns incorrect and inconsistent addresses, which makes navigation difficult to trust.
These are core functions of a connected car app and should work correctly. Until these issues are fixed, the app falls short of expectations.

Feature Request: Better Access Control for Shared Users
The Hyundai Bluelink app would greatly benefit from a more advanced user access management system.
Currently, when a vehicle is shared with another user, they can access most of the vehicle information and connected features. It would be much more useful if Hyundai introduced role-based access control with different permission levels.
Suggested Improvements:
• Primary User (Vehicle Owner/Admin)
* Full access to all vehicle data and Bluelink features.
* Ability to manage shared users and permissions.
* Access to complete trip history, vehicle location, health reports, service information, and remote controls.
• Secondary User (Driver/Family Member)
* Access only to their own trips, driving statistics, and usage history.
* No access to the Primary User’s trip history, location history, or personal vehicle data.
* Limited permissions based on settings selected by the Primary User.
• Permission Controls
* Toggle access for vehicle location.
* Toggle access for trip history.
* Toggle access for remote lock/unlock.
* Toggle access for remote start/stop.
* Temporary access sharing with automatic expiry.
This would significantly improve privacy, security, and usability for families, drivers, and shared vehicle owners while maintaining full control for the vehicle owner.
