Horrible App
You can never get logged in and you can’t get your log in info so I can’t use it.

Tried to use this app to make a payment towards my auto loan with Hyundai. Problem is I can’t log in with the credentials I set up with the Hyundai Financial browser site. For some reason they don’t share those login credentials—or the ones for BlueLink (tried these in the off chance they might work). So as it stands I will have to enter my banking information (account and routing numbers) every time I want to make a payment since the site doesn’t have a “saved payment information” under my account settings. This is time consuming (every month) in a day and age when it shouldn’t be. If anyone representing Hyundai’s app or site IT is reading this please fix the app or at least add an option to save payment information on the site.

Does not work
I have recently made an account to truck and pay my lease, at the same time download this app for easier use but, any of my tris to log in are failed…

Embarrassment
This app is an absolute embarrassment. As a new customer, I cannot express my frustration with this company. No matter which platform I choose I cannot login / access my account. I’ve lost count the amount of times it has crashed, auto logoff and the freezing that’s occurred. This has tainted my experience with my new vehicle tremendously. I would not recommend this brand due to the pathetic online presence that it has.
