Unable to save videos to device
Please improve the app. UI is very bad
Saving and recording
The saving and recording on this Dashcam is very impractical and inconvenient. Some footages are not saved or get paused in between, and the framework is bad. Hyundai India really need to work on this.
Connection error -iPhone
99% of the time in iPhone the dashcam app is having connection error in Alcazar Adventure Edition. You are having a good software team, can’t they resolve the issue? You guys don’t test the products before launching ? I tried connecting with iPhone-12, 16 Pro & 16 Pro Max, but with all three phones the app does not connect 99% of time. Please update the app or dashcam software. This type of issue in 20+lac cars is shame

App is hard to access
Kindly make the app accessible even when we are not connected to the dashcam wifi. It’s completely not practical at all!!!

This app is not at all practical
1. Saving the video to mobile is possible only if you maintain WiFi connection with Dashcam and downloading video takes too much time
2. No option to download videos that is already saved in the dashcam while a recording is going on.
3. No option to stop in-cab recording. Ladies usually uncomfortable with in-cab recording and other passengers have to be informed every time that a recording is going on.
4. Settings of dashcam should have been available in the app
