i-Drive i12 Pro Timestamp Out Of Sync
My i-Drive i12 Pro Timestamp always out of sync now after every car start-up. How to resolve this issue automatically, besides connecting to app every time car start-up? Thks.
The App cannot connect with iPhone anymore.
Your recent update seem to have ruined this whole thing. It is unable to connect to the camera via iPhone anymore. Please at least fix it and publish a guide.

Wifi connection issue solved: 1) follow instructions in ‘Help’ to connect to camera
Wifi 2) press a button on camera once (beside power button)

I got a vivid video on IOS 18.01
Hi, after downloading the video and watching on phone, it have to repeat the “play” 2 times then the image will start on 2nd play

Connection keep disconnecting
The cam software is a disaster. Cannot connect or keep disconnecting from the cam. I really wonder what happened if i really needed the cam video. Please fix it asap.

Software prompt wifi -error , I went to setting and select the I-drive i11 still gave me the same thing .
I think probably time to switch other brand n not support this command n company anymore.

Firm that do not listen to feedback and make updates to fix bugs of the camera or app.
User manual can’t find easily online.
Although camera quality is good we can’t find the user manual at online. As most of the customers changed the phone and they can’t remember the password of the dash cam and all are in trouble to connect via app. When we ask under the video of youtube channel, no one care about it and after sale service is too bad.
