Possibly the most useful app I have!

I’ve been looking for an app that would provide a few moments of peace and reminders to look for a renewing and redirection during the day. I had tried a few but they weren’t for me. I stumbled upon this one as I was looking at Anne’s artwork on her website. Simple, peaceful, wise…those are the traits that I find with this app. I highly recommend this. (Also, if you love beautiful art, check out her art on Instagram or on her website.)

Reminders don’t work and no way to send feedback in app

The reminders only work for the day you set them. Then if you change the intention they will still show the old intention. You have to turn off the reminders and turn them back on every time you change intentions. And no custom time options on reminders either.

This is a must have app!!!

I’ve had this app for so long and can’t believe I haven’t left a review for it yet!!! This app has helped me through some very difficult times and also it’s inspired me on very happy times!!! If you need a little inspiration or uplifting, this app is a must have!! I’ve shared it with so many people; I honestly believe this app will help so many!!! Can’t scroll

While this app looks beautiful, the text doesn’t fit in the windows and I can’t scroll. I can’t enjoy the app if I can’t read the content.

Intention, Love

This app is helping me stay focused through a very stressful period of my life. It is my morning meditation to close my eyes and focus on the needs of the day. I choose a card and set a reminder for the afternoon or before bed to allow the intention to gently remind me. I love the language and the bonus of beautiful art! Love it, evan

Helps me stay focused

I have a stressful job that can get the best of me most days. I started to use I-intend for five minutes in the morning and I set a reminder for the afternoon. It has helped me enormously. It reminds me of what is important, what my goal is, and how to connect with my self. I truly recommend this app to anyone who needs balance in their life.

Divine centering

This app is truly inspired. I share with everyone and have them down load the app right there so I can show them how it works. It’s fun to see what their intention is and how it fits perfectly for what they need that day. If your discipline of meditation comes in spurts throughout the day this app is something that takes 1 minute in the morning and can Center you for the whole day through.

Serene and beautiful

The beautiful paintings of light and landscape take you to a place faraway where you can be calm and still. A kind voice guides you through a quick meditation where you can focus on a daily intention.
The app is well thought out, lovely and the antidote to most apps out there.

Makes Mindfulness easy!

So I bought Anne Ward’s beautiful and easy to use app. It has transformed my life. It has really helped me to be mindful and I love the reminders, her beautiful paintings, and the sounds. i love being able to pick my intentions and they seem to remind me just when I need them. I really hope Ms Ward will make more mindfulness apps! Thank you so much!

A simple way to create calm in my day. I like the preset intentions but great you can add your own too. Perfect way to remind me to check in and clear the mental clutter. Beautiful art! Great app!
