User reviews

Not worth the $

The App is not worth the $, in the section where it says Program it is empty. There are no tips or anything. I have contacted the company multiple times and have received no response.

Not great

It seems this app was released too early - the general feedback from users I see posting on the in-app message board is that it keeps glitching, they spend time loading meal plans etc only for the app to reset and lose all of their progress.

Many are asking for the old school PDF way of doing things that they’ve experienced doing this program previously!

My experience has been average at best with the app - very limited choices on the meal plan, and not able to swap recipes between meals (i.e. I want to put halloumi on toast with avo for lunch, but this is apparently only a ‘breakfast’ option). Have asked for help in-app, but it doesn’t seem like this feature has been fixed.

For the excessive cost of this program, the app falls well short of what it could and should be!!
